The bidder must have prior work experience of similar works during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender The cost of previous completed works shall be given a simple weightage of 5% per year to bring them to the current price level while evaluating the qualification requirement of the bidder. In the case of a Joint Venture, the qualifying criteria parameter can be fulfilled by the JV itself or by individual partners, with the participating share of JV partners being at least 50% for the lead partner and at least 20% for other partners. The bidder is required to furnish information about their qualifying experience, including description, work order number, employer's name and address, percentage share, executed value, start and end dates, and confirmation of similar work experience. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactory work completion certificates issued by the employer against the experience of similar work, containing all the information furnished by the bidder. In case of a Joint Venture (JV), the satisfactory work completion certificate should be provided against individual partner(s) including the Lead Partner of the JV as applicable.
