Firefighting system consisting of automatic fire detection and extinguishing system consisting of fire alarm control panel along with required sensors/ equipment in switchgear room, battery room, capacitor bank room, engineer-in-charge room, electrician room, etc. in the substation building of 33/6.6 kV substation-II, & III and fire fighting system in outdoor switchyard as described in system description and clause 14.0 of scope of supply

Digital IoT based operation system with facility of asset condition monitoring, operation, relay/fault acknowledgment of 33KV Switchboard, 6.6KV Switchboard, Transformer and other relevant parameters of Main substation to be interfaced with SCADA and CHP PLC in main CHP SS-II & III along with necessary software, monitoring equipment, cables and other accessories.as per system description and clause 15.0 of scope of supply

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill of civil and structural works, detailed survey and sub-soil exploration works only (i.e. item no. 1.01, 2.01 & 2.02) as per the value of the work progress) ] for the purpose of CTC. Note: ITC is available on item no. 5.01 only.
