Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing steel roller for uPVC sliding window with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing zebra Roller blind (make Master Zebra blind MZB 0101 OR equivalent) of approved colour and shade by the department. Fabric of blind at complete blackout type ,combine visual & thermal performance, thickness of fabric 4mm +/-10%. The blinders operation shall be manual mechanism consisting of roller tube, chain drive unit, ball chain, bottom rail etc for satisfactory operation of blinds.

Providing & fixing flexible PVC Plank over exisiting wooden flooring of 2 mm thickness with 0.3 mm wear layer heterogeneous flooring in the size of 22.9*121.9 cms, classification 23/31, meeting with ISO 10874, results from independent testing demonstrate that it doesn't favour growth of bacteria. The antistatic properties must be present through product thickness. Heterogeneous vinyl flooring with total weight 3400 g/m², XR-PUR reinforced, Abrasion group T:2.0 mm³, residual ideation 0.10 mm, Castrol chair test qualified, dimensional stability0.25%.as per EN 434, static electrical charge EN 1815 good resistance to slip, scratch, chemical & fire. No damage from furniture leg, slip resistance, R9, ESD is 100% recyclable, PHTHALATE free.The scope of work includes the cost of material and installation charges at site as per the direction of EIC.
