Erection of angle iron/chanel iron cross arm on wood RCC/PCC steel tublar / rail pole etc as required

Erection of AAA coductor 7/1.96 mm to 7/3.10 mm dia meter including binding etc. as required

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galavanized) with 19/20 mm dia X1.8 M long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cmX45cmX7.5mm thick, thimble, Stay clamps, turn buckle (20mm x 600 mm), 7/3.15 mm dia (1 cement:3 course sand:6 graded stone 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation & refilling etc. as required.

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in c.c foundation etc.

Dismantling of O/H lines comprising of copper Aluminium O/H conductor. GI wire cros arms, insulators, etc. as reuired

Dismantling & refitting of 90/120/250/400/700/1000 Watt Led light fittings including transporting light from W/S to Mine & B/D fitting back to W/S as per the requirement.

Supplying and erection of 100 mm X 65 mm pin insulator complete with G.I spindle and nuts etc.as reqd.

Supplying and erection of 75 mm X 90 mm shackle insulator with G.I. bolt, nuts and straps etc.as reqd.

Supply, installation and commissioning of maintenance free earthing system earth resistance upto 01 ohm with test certificate: Specification: Earthing electrode - 50/3 MTPCB, 3M X 58mm, THK:50, 250 Micron copper coating on GI pipe, Terminal size-40/6, inner strip- 25 x 3, filling material BFC silica base bentonite powder 50kg, Earth pit digging by spiral machine, Pit cover- Poly Plastic (BIG) primary earthing electrode (outer pipe) of 99.9% pure copper coating (250 micron) on GI pipe (diameter 58mm) X 3 mtrs. The hollow space of the electrode is duly filled with a highly conductive and non-corrosive compound (graphite power) which safeguards the secondary electrode getting corrode over a long period of time under the soil. Also the compound ensures the easy distribution of leakage/fault current lands on the electrode, Both the ends of the electrode are permanenetly sealed and the top portion of the earth electrode is compressed to form and extended lead with 2 holes on the terminal for connecting to the load/equipment.

Providing & fixing 25 mmx5 mm GI Strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as required.
