The required prior work experience for the bidder includes executing similar works with specific value requirements. The bidder must have experience in one of the following: - Execution of at least one order for “similar work” for a value not less than Rs.387 Lakhs. - Execution of two orders for “similar works” for a value each not less than Rs.242 Lakhs. - Execution of three orders for “similar works” for a value each not less than Rs.193 Lakhs. However, no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder needs to furnish documentary evidence in support of the qualification criteria from the concerned authority/department/organization for similar work executed. For MSE service providers of the primary service category or start-up recognized by DPIIT, past experience is relaxed, but they need to establish their technical competence by submitting supporting documents towards successful execution of similar work for any value.
