Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (wood polymer composite ) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade ) , calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder / rice husk/ wheat husk ) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms ) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (face) and 900 N (edge ), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to be spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite /borer proof , water proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws all as per direction of EIC. 30 MM thick

Supplying, providing and fixing FRP Door frames of cross section 90mmX45 mm having single rebate of suitable size to receive shutter of 30mm/25mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistance grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all sides. MS stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame etc. complete as per direction of EIC.
