15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4(1 cement:4 sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all heights with required scaffolding and supports to complete the work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at all heights with required scaffolding and supports to complete the work.

Supplying, providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary, cutting, bending, binding with approved binding wires and placing in position all reinforcement (confirming to IS:1786) including fixing of cover blocks, scaffolding, all conveyance, labour, T&P etc. complete including the cost of reinforcement steel. (HYSD steel confirming to IS: 1786 will be used at site. at all heights with required scaffolding and supports to complete the work.

Supplying, Fabricating & erecting in position at all heights above plinth level for structural steel works (confirming structural steel as per IS:2062) in columns, gable beams, purlins, bracings, ties, plates, shutters, trusses, louvers, portal frames, bracings, gabble runners, mono rails, weld mesh fabric, supports grits, hangers, walkway, platforms, staircases, ladders, clamp, tie diaphragms, sag rods and other miscellaneous structural steel work as directed by EIC including supplying & fixing of bolts, nuts, washers etc. as per direction of EIC to complete the work in all respects with appropriate scaffolding and safety appliances and in adherence to safety norms as to be prescribed by EIC or an official of S&T dept. including T&P complete. The rate is inclusive of supplying and applying of two coat of Chloro rubber based red oxide primer, one coat of MIO and one coat of Finish paint to the newly fabricated structures at all heights with required scaffolding and supports to complete the work. If required, the necessary welding with old structral steel section to be carried out as per site requirement.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for up to floor V level :Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers at all heights with required scaffolding and supports to complete the work.
