Supplying & fixing Galvanised Steel wire ropenet made of 9mm dia. steel wire rope having aperture size of 45cm x 60cm with 5m long hangs for top anchoring and 5m wide along with Galvanised Steel wire Hexagonal Double Twisted mesh made from 2.7mm wire & 100mm x 120mm mesh size, joining of hexagonal double twisted mesh netting & steel wire ropenet and joining of adjacent nets with galvanised spiral lock springs of steel wire dia. 2.2mm, inner dia 20mm; total length 50cm ± 0.5 mm; pitch 4mm and open end length 60 mm including cutting of tre/ shrub, etc. in rop netting location, Top anchoring in hard rocky strata with drilling of 32/38 mm dia. holes on the hard rock strata to a depth varying from 1.30 m - 1.50 m on top rock mass; and providing and installing prefabricated 25 mm dia tor steel anchor bars. This work also includes supply of 200mmx 200mm x 6mm epoxy coated washer plates with 12.5mm / 18mm dia hole at centre and supply and fixing of anchor bolts / fasteners of 10mm dia including drilling of holes upto a depth of 110 mm in rock; cleaning of holes; fixing of fastners with nut and epoxy coated washer plates, applying a torque of 65 to 70 N/mm for fixing of ropenet for intermediate anchoring on the surface of cutting, bottom anchoring upto 1m depth by using 16mm dia HYSD steel bolts, threaded upto 200mm on top and fixing of epoxy coated washer plate with contractors materials, machinery, tools & plants, cement, steel, labour, lead, lift, transportation, ascent, descent, taxes, royalty, etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and alying of Mechanically Woven Double Twised Hexagonal shaped/Wire Mesh Netting, Mesh type 10x12 (D=100 mm with tolerance of +16 to -4%), Zinc=10% AI alloy+ polymer coated, Mesh wire dia 2.7/3.7 nn (ID/OD), mechanically edged/selvedged including tying of adjacent panels with lcaing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2 (ID/OD), as per drawing, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying and fixing of Erosion control Geonets (for surficial erosion control) consists of 2 layers of plymeric netting having aperture size 12.5mmx12.5 mm and a middle layer of coir as per specification max, width of roll/each composite mat shall be 5 mtr. Work includes dressing of slopes to proper profile & removing loose rubbles, muck and leading of the point as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply & spreading of good earth/soil materials on slope/berm portion etc to proper profile for laying Geonet anchoring in top anchor trench,seaming of adjacent panels of Geonet with HDPE twine, fabrication & fixing of u-pin on slope berms including top of cutting for anchoring of Geonet as per approved scheme and providing of grass seeds and placing over Geonet so as to completely cover it, including watering for 2 weeks with all labour, tools & materials along with lead & lift etc. complete.

Providing and laying of turf reinforcement mat (TRM) consists of a dense web of crimped, interlocking, multi-lobed polypropylene fibers positioned between two biaxially oriented nets and mechanically bound together by parallel stitching with polypropylene thread having tensile strength of 7.0 x 2.4 kN/m and minimum mass of 350 gms/m2, having no biodegradable components, for erosion control on the slope surface as per approved technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of all intermediate Zinc/Epoxy coated self drilling anchors of 32 millimeter diameter having designed length with epoxy coated steel rods with threading at one end including PVC centralizers, hex nuts, bevelled washer, bearing plate of anchors, spiral and all accessorised including all ancillary material, machinery, labour etc. complete as per technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
