1.The above mentioned job shall be executed as per tender drawings attached with the bid. Wherever required further detailed drawings/good for construction drawings based on above drawings shall be issued after award of work to the successful bidder. 2.Payment shall be made in stages as per progress of work. Payment stages have been defined in Volume I Section – 7 Part B Annexure – 3. 3.For execution, specification as per CPWD as well as item description in DSR, Technical Specification given in the bid document shall be followed. 4.Details break up of above job is given as Annexure – I of volume – II which is based on DSR 2021 (Civil Works) DSR 2018 (MEP works) and non DSR item (Non Schedule items). Estimate for the same is based on relevant DSR as well as on market rate (for non-schedule items). 5.If any change order is issued by the client due to site condition/functional requirement/ any other reason which leads to the change in drawings referred to in para 1 above, the calculation of the decrease/increase in quantity and hence decrease/increase in the cost due to the change shall be based on details of the cost in annexure I, volume II, with accepted percentage above/below of the contractor applied
