Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick laid in courses and required profile withhammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimumdepth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete.(Payment for Stone to be made separately).

Providing and laying factory made coloured chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, driveways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/shape, madeby table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patternover 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and properembedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layerthrough vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete as per manufacturer’s specifications &direction of Engineerin-Charge. 60mm thick Cement Concrete. paver block of M-35grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Comprising of a 2 componenets sysyem of dry material (25 Kg pack) made of pure quartz inorganic pigments, pure acrlyic emulssion and a binder (5 Kg pack) off 100% pure acrlyic emulsion . Broad spectrum fungicides to be trowelled to the surface by means of customized trowel to be applied in 2 or more coatswith agap of 6 - 8 hours between the two coats with the applied thickness of the final coating between 2mm to 2.5 mm as per the manufactureres application procedures and as per the texture approved , to be applied on a cured and smooth level plaster inclusive of primer on the base, with out keying as per the shade / combination approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Stone Grace External Finish: P/Appllying Heritage Stone grace wall finishing system manufactured by Bakelite Hylam Ltd. Comprising of a 2 componenets sysyem of dry material (25 Kg pack) made of pure quartz inorganic pigments, pure acrlyic emulssion and a binder (5 Kg pack) off 100% pure acrlyic emulsion . Broad spectrum fungicides to besprayed at the surface by means of customized spray gun of 3 HP and to be applied in 2 or more coatswith agap of 6 - 8 hours between the two coats with the applied thickness of the final coating between 2mm to 2.5 mm as per the manufactureres application procedures and as per the texture approved , to be applied on a cured and smooth level plaster inclusive of primer on the base, with out keying as per the shade / combination approved by the Engineer-in-charge.

Sand Dune External Finish: P/Appllying Heritage Sand dune wall finishing system manufactured by Bakelite Hylam Ltd. being a dispersion of inorganic fillers, calcite, quartize, china clay broad spectrum fungicides stabilized by an acrlic co polymer to be applied at the surface by means of customized trowel , to be applied as single coat in thickness of 1 - 1.5 mm on cured sand faced smooth level plaster manufactureres application procedures and as per the texture approved , to be applied on a cured and smooth level plaster inclusive of primer on the base, with out keying as per the shade / combination approved by the Engineer-in-charge.
