Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 200mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop (1:4:8)) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150mm thick hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. Complete. To the required levels including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge

R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills

Cost of Centering & Shuttering to RCC Works including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc all charges complete

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Shoring & shuttering for the excavated trench up to a depth of 1.5m. from G.L including cost of all labour, T & P etc all complete

Providing cement concrete for unreinforced cement concrete works of ( 1:2:4 )using 12mm 20 mm size crusher broken hard granite (CBHG) stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry on the road surface including cost of labour, materials (inclusive of cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, loading and unloading) & equipments for handing, transportation, batching, mixing, placing in position / layers, vibrating, curing for 7days complete as per specification drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Making Signage board with steel frame & letter writting, taking photographs and other unforseen items etc complete
