Dismantling and removing old tiled cladding from walls including racking out of joints 12mm deep and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead etc all charges complete.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil (Ordinary, hard soil & stoney earth soil ) for foundation trenches within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and beaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth and as per specification approved by the department.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 22.5 cm (9”) thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of sand with labour and T&P required for the work etc. Complete.

Providing & laying Cement Concrete of prop (1:4:8) in foundation bed and floors using 40mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite metal of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150mm thick hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. Complete. To the required levels including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

R.C.C work of prop M20 having minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200kg./cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516using 12mm to 20mm size (1/2” to ¾”) crusher broken hard black granite chips of 20mm size (not to exceed 25%) of approved quality & from approved quarry including hosting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete with vibrator, watering and curing for 28days, and finishing to exposed surface smooth providing, grooves or beads wherever necessary as per direction of the Engineer in charge including cost, conveyance, royalties & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work completion in all respects as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of M.S rod / Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding wires and labour charges for bending, binding and tying the grills.

Straightening, cutting, bending and binding, welding and jointing (if necessary ) coiled/ bent up MS Rods /Tor Steel/deformed rods etc. including hoisting, placing in position, tying the grills binding with 18 to 20 gauge binding wire required for R.C.C work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete (weight of binding wire will not be considered) as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on actual weight of M.S rods or Tor steel linear measurements of rod for finished item of works. 5% wastage and lap length are included in the finished rate).

Providing Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +/ - 2 percent in cement mortar ( 1 cement: 6 sand), with all necessary projection, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, T&P etc., as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Super Structure Brick work

Providing 12mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with Odisha portland slag cement (OPC) finished smooth to inside rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. with providing grooves as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 6mm thick plaster in C.M. (1:4) over ceiling, chajja, loft, staircase, column, beams and walls after removing the false if necessary and close deep chipping including rounding of the corners, recess and roughening concrete surface where necessary, watering and curing, finished smooth over R.C.C. surface, including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying , fitting and Fixing Floor tile (Colour/ Printed series ) Homogenous in floors of size 300mm x300mm/ 450mmx450mm/ 600mmx600mm of approved make confirming to IS :13755 laid on 25mm thick cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement : 1 coarse sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including Cost of all materials, Labour, T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing tiles 30cm x 30cm/ 30cm x 45 cm special plain / printed series Digital Wall tiles of (Somany / Kajaria) having base price Rs 35/sqft of thickness 7mm to 8mm confirming to IS 13755 in walls, risers of steps on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete.

providing supplying fitting and fixing of MS iron works by using MS Angels, Plate with flats including fitting and conveyance charges as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing and providing of Enamel paint of approved shade of two coats to MS/ Iron works over a coat of Steel primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials Primer & Weather paint, labour, Tools & Plant, Brushes etc. complete in all respects (74.50 + 185.30).
