Providing Fly Ash Brick masonry work at Superstructure using 230mm x110mm x80mm (with dimensional tolerance of 2%F.A. Bricks having having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 mortar of mix 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) (using branded cement),immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hrs in water before use,with all necessary projections, splay cutting,circular moulding,corbelling etc.including cost of all materials,labour,conveyance, loading and unloading taxes,cess,royalities scaffolding,wateing,curing,sundries,tools and plants,etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

R.C.C. Of proportion (M-20 grade) in all floors having a minimum compressive strength (in work test)150kg.Per Cm2 in 15mm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and 516 using 20mm and 10mm size BHG Crusher broken granitechips including hoisting lowering;laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for 28 days centering shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary removing the centring materials from the site after curing and removing the debrises from the site making clean and clear of the works including cost,coveyance,royalities and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T &P required for the work etc.complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires and labour charges for bending,binding and tying the grills.

Supply of M.S Round/deformed/tor steel reformed bars of approved grade of required diameters of approved quality including straightening,cutting to size,bending,and binding,lifting and placing in position as per design,complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.(Linear measurement wil be taken and quantity will be calculated on standard weight for all hieghts)for ground floor.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick outside walls surface after racking out the joints…curing and watering with all cost etc.complete

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick masonary below plinth with watering with all cost etc.complete

Wall painting two coats with any approved plastic Emulsion paint over a coat of priming on work to give an even shade including cost of all materials,labour,T & P required for the work complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Vitrified colour printed series tiles in floors of size 600mmx 600mm of approved make confirming to IS:13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials,

6 mm (1/4") thick cement plaster (1:4) to CC surface including closed deep chipping and cleaning to C.C. surface to receive cement plaster,watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance,royalities,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

Laying in trenches unplasticised PVC pipes conforming to IS:4985-2000 and specials of the following outside diameter for all classes including jointing with supply of approved solvent cement by non-heat application method including testing(25 mm Pipe)
