Providing and fixing drainage spouts in deck slab with 100 mm diameter G.I pipe for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per section 2700 & Clause 2705 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, cutting, bending, binding, straightening, placing HYSD bars confirming to grade IS:1786-(Fe-500) for steel reinforcement works for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per section 900,1000 & 1600 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying of all types of structural steel conforming to Fe 350 of IS 2062, fabrication, assembling, erection/slewing/end launching of steel girders (not requiring traffic block) upto 45.7m span on sub structure including provision of trolley refuges, if required complete as per approved drawing including one coat of zinc chrome primer to IS:104& one coat Zinc Chrome Red Oxide to IS 2074 and painting as per IRC-B- 1 on all members (detailed fabrication and erection drawings & lunching methodology will be prepared and got approved by the contractor from NH authority ). Rate includes fabrication of all types of battens bracings, ties, stiffeners, packing diaphragms, shop rivets/ welding, T&F bolts,drafts, shop welds templates , jigs, fixtures, back up supports, accessories, transporting various components from fabrication shop to site including loading, unloading, lift and taxes complete, assembly of girders on drifts/bolts. field riveting/welding, assembling of temporary support for side slewing, raising of girders to the bed block level, providing sliding arrangements and slewing the girder in position, lowering of girder on bearings and bed plates grouting holes in the bed block for fixing of HD bolts/anchor pins of bed plates. All tempporary arrangements, load testing may be done. The bearing sets to be provided with the girder will be paid separately as per section 1900 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying filter media with stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down clause 2504.2.2 of MoSRT&H specifications to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind the abutment, Return wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per and technical specification and direction of the Engineer in charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part-I & II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MoRTH Specifications complete as per drawing and approved Technical Specifications.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening to a depth of 150mm, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment /sub-grade as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Granular Sub-base with grading IV(coarse graded) stone screening materials as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Wet Mix Macadam using crushed stone aggregates as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying compacted Bituminous Macadam (Grading-II) with Batch Mix Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, transporting to work site, laying over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibtratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501 & 504 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying compacted Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) with Batch type Hot Mix Plant using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 (VG-30) penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibtratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501 & 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
