Supplying and fitting-fixing of 32mm thick plywood flush door shutter,both side pasted with door screen(sunmica) complete with all fittings with wooden hinged cleats etc. fixed in position including all labour charges etc. Complete.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of dressed seasoned sal wood work frameed and fixed (W&P) in trusses purlins frame doors and windows and door etc. fixed in position including all labour charges etc. Complete.

Supplying fixing and fittings MS window grills, Doors, MS verandha grills and MS grill gate of approved design and drawing made out of MS flat and MS angle at work site with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zink chrome primer including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls and fixing with CC (1:3:6) including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials all labour T&P required for the work complete (payment will be made on weight basis only)(In all floors)

Factory made single leaf rigid FRP(alternately called GRP) sanwhch composite door shutter of 32mm thick laminated ith two GRP skins with wood grain finish fabricated using UV-stabilised Isothealica Gelcoat and one layer of 450 gsm E-glass chopped starand mat (CSM) impregnated with orthopthalic palyester resin. The thikness of the skins shall not be less that 1.50mm expanded polyestyrone(EPS) stuctural foam panel of 29 mm thickness and a density of 20Kg/cu.mtr shall be used as core material .Wooden reinforcements made of seasoned sal wood reinforements for fitting the metal fittings such as tower bolts ,aldrops,handles etc. shall be provided .A Strictira; adehsive compatible with(EPS) foam shall be used for bending the core material,the sal wood reiforcements and the skins.The materials and process for manufacturing the door shutters shall conform to RC-TIFAC composites Design centre's standars and specifications and the door shutters tested in conformation to IS:40250-1998.The finish of door shutter will be plain colour white/Lvory/beige/Light grey/Mahogany/Teak wood of any other colour using high quality pigments .Three heavy whight mild steel butt hinges typpe-I(ISI-marked) size 100 mm are to be fitted on one side of shutter.

Factory made FRP (alternately called GRP) door frame of sixe75mmX100 mm fabricated using E-Glass chopped strand Mat(CSM) U.V stabilised inopthalic Gelcoat and impregnated with inopthalic resin.The thickness of the GRP sikns shall no be less that 2.00 mm .The door frame consist of foru segments which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-site in the ,ould .The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screw . The GRP frame shall be provided with wooedn rainforcement of six locations for high screw holding capacity for fixing metallic hold fast and shall be consolidated by filling with medium destity foam/Plaster of paris with fibre reinforcement,Six numbers of 260mm X 25mm X 5 mm size 'S' shaped M.S flat hold fast shall be provided with the frame .The material and process for manufacturing the door frames shall conform to RV-TIFAC composites Design centre's stanards and specifications.The finish of door rrame will be plain colour white/Lvory/Beige/Light grey Golden brown Mahogany/Teak wood sand stone/Champagne /Pastel blue or any other colour using high quality pigments cimplete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing 12 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) with sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm thick C.P. with C.M. (1:6) with sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls after racking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to R CC surfaces finished smooth including closed deep chiping and slury treatment. Per 1 Sqm

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified Tiles Premium grade (600x600mm, Colour/Printed) in floors, treads, steps and landing slab on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including, rubbing and polishing the surface with cost, conveyance, royality and all taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Vitrified Tiles Premium grade grade in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Anti-skid ceramic floor tiles of size 30cmx 30 cm/40cm x 40cm of minimum thickness of 7mm to 8mm thick conforming to IS 13755 over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing , fitting and fixing of ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 20cm x 30 cm / 20cm x 20 cm of minimum thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm conforming to IS 13753 in dados & walls over 12mm thick CM (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, rubbing and polishing including all cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties of all materials tiles with watering & curing and labour with T&P as required for the work etc complete.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paints over a coat of primer including cleaning the surface with sand papering and using paints of approved quality and approved shade including cost conveyance taxes of all materials all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with over a coat of primer over new wood and Iron works including cleaning the surface with sand papering and using paints of approved quality and approved shade including cost conveyance taxes of all materials all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Distempering two coats to wall with approved make distamper of approved shed on new work to give an even shen including cost of distemper , labour T&P all comp

Providing 2.5cm thick Grading Concrete over roof slab with cement concrete (1:2:2) using 6mm size black hard granite hand broken chips and sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of slab including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
