Providing &Cutting .straightening colled or bent up HYSD/TMT reinforcement bars welding or jointing if necessary,bending,binding,tying the grills as required for RCC woks,providing fan Hooks where necessary and hoisting ,lowering and placing the same in proper position according to the approved designs and drawings in all floors at all height including cost.coveyance,loading,unloading,stacking &taxes o HYSD/TMT reinfocement bars and binding wires of 18 to 20 Gauge required for th work,cos of all labour,sundries,T&P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge (payment will be made accroding to the actual /proper weight of the HYSD/TMT reinforcement bars & Binding wires consumed in the particular work only.)

Providing .supplying and constructing brick masonry (23 X 11X 8)cm 1:6 (1 cement ,6 coarse sand) with 1st class quality approved fly ash bricks having minimum crushing strength 70kg/sqcm including soaking the bricks in water vat for 24 hours before use in foundation & plinth at all levels below and upto highest plinth level ,all necessary scaffolding,racking out the joints,including cos of all materials, transportation,curing,loading,unloading,labour, T&P taxes,duties ,lavies,octroi royalties etc.complete as per direction of Engineer _in_charge.

Providing supplying and applying 16mm thick cement plaster in line and level, at all heightsabove and below plinth level with cement motar1:6 ( 1cement :6 sand) to wall etc. including scaffolding, curing, finishing smooth (the plaster surface shall be trowled till the surface shows cement paste) and chipping the conrcete at all level including cost of materials, transportation, lift, loading, unloeding, curing, labour, tools and plants, taxes duties, levies, octroi, royalities etc. complete as per directionof Engineer in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement:6 sand) to outside surface/ plumbed surface of masonry, raking out joints, scrapping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plastered surface smooth the proper plumbs and levels and providing grooves as shown in the drawing including cost of all materials,labour ,conveyance, loading and unloading taxes royalities scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providig & Fixing vitrified tile (605 x 605) of somany,kajaria,nitco,orient make ,flooring 10 mm thick in all shades as approved by Engineer-in- charge in flooring , dado over 20mm thick of bed Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)& filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of material & tools/tackles.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles (antiskid ) 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 13755 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) & filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of material & tools/tackles.

Providing, supplying and fixing at all levels ceramic glazed tile(250 x375) flooring of uniform shade as per details or as directed and size 25mmthick cement mortar (1:4) with flush pointing of joints with cement paste, machine, hand polishing etc. including cost of all materials, transportation, curing, loading , unloading, labour T & P taxes duties, levies, octrol, royalities etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing of 20 mm thick granite marble stone mirror polished,machine cut for kitchen paltforms,vanity counter facias & similar locations of required size of approved shade,clour & texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement: 4 coarse sand)with joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment,epoxy touch up,including rubbing,curing etc & complete at all levels.cost including edge moulding .

Providing and applying acrylic wall putty (Birla/ Laticreate/JK) (synthetic) - water based of Birla white or Nerolac make at any location over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete including scafolding, material, labour, tools plants, labour complete in all respects. at all heights

Providing & applying & finishing exterior walls with weather coat paint with 100% acrylic emulsion paint(Asian/Nerolac/Berger) two & more coats of required shade as per the manufacture's specification including painting with asian paint exterior wall primer , including filling the fine cracks with asian paints wall putty cost includes all material, labour, tools palnt, scafolding, curing etc, cleaning complete in all respects.

Providing, fitting and fixing fully glazed aluminium sections of HINDALCO or similar make confirming to IS- 733 &IS-1285 for ventilator as per drawing, confirming to latest IS specification with necessary fittings, fixtures and hardwares like as per the drawing and design, and fixed to the walls or columns with lugs in cement concrete 1:2:4 cutting holes and making good to all damages,including filling gaps if any, between the frames walls/ columns, with appropriate sealant, ,cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, royalties, scaffolding, sundries, tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer's Incharge.

Providing & Fixing False ceiling with 4 mm thk board of polycarpol transparent sheet & GI Suspension type complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer's Incharge.

S S RAILINGS , supply &installation of with all necessary bend & termination conforming to 16 gauge-SS-304 grade glossy finish with supports at a c/c distance of 1200 mm and exposed height of 915 mm above floor level & 50mm grout under floor consisting of wooden Hand rail of Teak wood , Vertical S.S post 40 mm dia, Horizontal S.S.railing 20mm dia as per direction of civil incharge including buffing, polishing cost includes all material, labour, fixing in position, fabrication charge, tools plant etc. complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing of fabricated M.S verical post/horizontal post/truss/purlin including primer & paint & complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer's Incharge.

Providing & Fixing of Colour coated profle sheet (0.5 mm thk.) with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead or self drill screw with edpm washer (V-16).
