12mm thick Cement plaster in C.M (1:4) to R.C.C. Surface finished including watering curing and scaffolding with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12 mm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick to the required level, ramming, Watering & curing including cost conveyance royalty of materials with all lead & lift required for compleation of the work in all respect as per specification.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete in C.C. (1:2:2) using 6mm size h.g. chips with all cost as per specification.

Fixing Vitrified tile in floors treads or steps on 25 mm thick bed of cement morta (1:1) with neat cement sluryetc jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as per specification.

Fixing glazed wall tiles in dado skirting & rises of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing & polishing & cost of precast tiles as per specification.

Painting two coats with approved paint to doors and windows over a coat of primer incl. cost of all material,T&P and labour etc complete as per specification.

Finishing to walls with two coats distemper over one coat of primer of approve brand with cement based wall putty (Water Based) with approve colour & shade including cleaning the surface with cost conveyance etc. complete as per specification over 2198.18 sqft (1880.4 sqft + 496.94 sqft) Or Say 220.97 sqm @ Rs.141.66

Finishing to walls with two coats weather coat over one coat primer with approve colour & shade including cleaning the surface of wall with cement base wall putty with cost conveyance etc. complete as per specification over 1213.22 sqft Or Say 112.75 sqm @ Rs.129.35
