Note for Sl 13:
1. Cement content considered is @ 390 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately.
2. It is the responsibility of the contractor to bring and use appropriate Batch mixing plant to the construction site for production of concrete and the quoted rate shall include the expenditure towards the same.
3. It is also the responsibility of the contractor to carry out the Design Mix of Cement Concrete as per the specification above from a Govt. Engineering College and get it approved from FCI. The quoted rate shall include the fees of for carrying out the design mix charged by Government Engineering College, cost of material required to carry out the Design Mix and other incidental expenditures.
4. Dowel bars, Tie bars and Sleeve (Plastic sheeting) shall be paid under respective items.
