The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar single service contract for a minimum of 35% of the advertised value of the bid. The contract should have a value of at least 35% of the advertised bid value, with payment of bills amounting to at least 35% of the advertised value. The bidder should have completed or received payment for similar service contracts with specific percentage values, including: - 1 project > 80% or 2 projects > 50% or 3 or more projects > 40% of the advertised value of the bid for 100 marks, - 1 project > 50% or 2 projects > 40% of the advertised value of the bid for 50 marks, - 1 project > 40% value completed for 20 marks. A deduction for percentage penalty imposed is applied, with a reduction equal to the percentage penalty imposed, and no reduction for percentage penalty less than 5%. Contracts with percentage penalty more than 20% of contract value are not considered for calculation of scores.
