Supply of Shunt Signal Position Light, ground type independent complete as per RDSO Spec No. RDSO/SPN/153/2011 with base, hoods, number plate, Post wire mesh, post to Drg. No. SA- 23840 (Adv) latest for shunt signal, SA-23202 for base, IRS:S-6/81 for post. Inspection by the Representative of Railway.

Supply of Shunt Signal Position Light, dependent post type complete as per RDSO 6 Spec No. RDSO/SPN/153/2011 with offset bracket 90 mm dia to suit 140 mm dia post to Drg. No. SA- 23840(Adv.) with latest amendments for shunt signal & SA-23040/M for offset bracket 90 mm. Inspection by the Representative of Railway.

Supply of Perforated G.I. pipe of 100 mm dia with socket. G.I. pipe of make 7 TATA/JINDAL shall be as per IS: 1239 part-I/2004 Specification for medium gauge and shall be perforated by drilling 7 mm dia holes length wise in zig-zag manner staggered at a distance of 300 mm. Inspection by the Representative of Railway.

Supply of double walled corrugated pipe 6 mtr in length, 120 mm outer dia and 103 8 mm inner dia, with one suitable coupler conforming to RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 Version 1.1 Amdt 1 or latest for under ground cable protection . Colour-Orange. Inspection by the Representative of Railway. Note: If required, the DWC pipe shall be supplied split in two halves.

Installation, Wiring, Testing and Commissioning of Multi Section Digital Axle Counter 5 (MSDAC) Complete set under directions of OEM's representative with all accessories including of complete indoor-outdoor equipment , reset boxes, track side electronics, track devices and monitoring console etc. This items covers all the works related to execution to make the complete MSDAC system. (Measurement Unit: Numbers = Per DP)

Supply of Shunt LED Signal lighting unit 110V AC, retrofittable in existing CLS housing and compatible with AC LED ECR as per RDSO Spec. No. RDSO/SPN/153/2011 Revision: 4.1 or latest. Inspection by RDSO.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of high availability single section digital axle counter system (HASSDAC) as per RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/177/2012 or latest with dual track sensor device. Inspection by RDSO before supply.

Installation/Alteration/Phase working, Wiring, testing and commissioning of complete Electronic Interlocking System (Distributed/Centralized Configuration System with Hot Stand by feature) supplied as per Item Nos. 01 of Schedule-B-I including transportation from Consignee's depot to site of work. This includes execution of labour portion, Interface relay wiring, erection of relay racks, fixing of relays and associated work in relay room, proper fixing of Operator VDU Terminals etc. (The Relays for interface relays wiring will be supplied by Railways. The Contractor shall supply all 1 other materials required for installation, wiring, testing and commissioning). NOTE:- 1) Schedule B-I is not a part of the contract. Card required, if any will be supplied by Railway. All other materials for commissioning, testing and wiring will be supplied by the contractor. 2) Installation and commissioning of Electronic Interlocking is as per Section-H, Chapter-08. 3) If it is phase working, other than initial phase design, supply of application logic and interface circuit required for phase working should be done by the Contractor against this item. 4) The work includes manufacture/ fabrication, supply and installation of SM's console and side table extension as per site requirement and as advised by site Engineer to accommodate VDUs, other S&T equipments and SM's stationary for operation of VDUs and execution of day to day work for operation of trains.

Factory acceptance test (FAT) with ECoR officials.

Site Acceptance Testing(SAT) with ECoR officials. SAT will be done considering site condition and requirement.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Maintenance free and permanent earth as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/197 Version 1.0 and Technical Specification as per 1 Annexure-A. Inspection by RDSO. Material to be supplied from RDSO approved firm only. OEM shall be responsible for Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of the earthing & bonding system.OEM shall submit commissioning certificate. The warranty of such system shall be 60 months from date of commissioning. During this period, any failure of earthing system due to improper materials & bad workmanship shall be attended free of cost by the OEM.

Transportation & fixing of Calling On Signals/ dependent shunt signals with marker for 2 multiple aspect colour light signals on the erected signal posts complete with marker including termination of cables, wiring, signal testing, and focussing. Railway will supply only calling-on- signal/dependent shunt signal with off-set bracket from stores. Tenderer shall supply all other materials required for the work.

Transportation, installation of point machine on MS plate fixed on wooden/psc/steel sleeper complete with fixing of anti theft arrangement, 'D' Bracket, junction boxes, connection including smithy works involved for ground connection, including rivetting/welding of angle cleats, 3 termination of cables. Preliminary adjustment for operation of points by crank handle. oiling, greasing, painting and lettering as required. This also includes supply and fixing telescopic arrangement using GI pipes of required dia for provision of wires from junction box to point machine. Railway will supply point machine, ground connection from stores. Tender shall supply all other materials required for the works.The contractor shall overhaul the point machine before installation.

Wiring and testing of electric point machine as per the wiring diagram supplied by the Railway. This also includes the connection of complete ground connections of electric point machine and fixing of insulation materials and providing one numbers of seven lever [7 levers] Godrej locks with three keys each, per machine for outside cover, fixing arrangement of crank handle interlocking in point machine, and fixing of 'E' type lock [if required]. Railway will supply electric point machine, 4 ground connections with insulations and junction boxes. Tenderer shall transport the materials issued by Railways to the site of work at his own cost and shall also supply materials such as PVC wire for wiring, one numbers of Godrej (7 Levers) locks with three keys each per lock, per point machine, and any other materials that are required for installation, wiring, testing and commissioning of the said work at his own cost. Also Preparation of point parameter history records and maintenance register duly recording the measurements in prescribed format jointly with Railway representative and handover all records to the Railway.

Alteration of wiring in existing Relay rack/ CT rack/composite relay rack. This includes 5 supply of all types of wires, eyelets, nuts & bolts, bunching material, ferrules, ARA terminals, fuses & fuse blockes by the contractor at his own cost. Lettering & painting to be done by the contractor at his own cost. Wire (RDSO Approved Sources) to be inspected by the representative of Railway before use.

Transportation and jointing (straight through and derivation) of PIJF/quad cables size TSF-IV as per Specn No. IRS: TC-31/96 & IRS 30/97. Jointing kits shall be supplied by the Railway. All other materials shall be supplied by the tenderer.

Transportation of HDPE pipe from the store to work site, laying of the same (With 4 7 mm nylon rope, pre inserted inside the HDPE pipe) in excavated trench/ already laid GI/ RCC pipe / tubes, jointing, leveling and end sealing the pipes, HDPE pipe, couplers and end caps shall be supplied by Railway, Nylon rope shall be supplied by the contractor.

Transportation of OFC from the store of to work site with care, and pushing/ pulling OFC through the HDPE pipes sealing of the duct by simple plugs. The cable is to be laid by 8 mechanised means. At inaccessible places where mechanised laying is not possible, the cable is to be laid manually by pulling through pre inserted rope. Empty cable drums with or without leftover cable should be returned to the store. This also includes testing of cable drums by OTDR in the store premises before transportation and submission of results thereof.

Supply ,transportation & installation of Optical Fibre cable joint enclosure and splicing of OFC (24 Fibre) and testing. OFC spicing shall be done in presence of Railway Representative.

Excavation of trenches of following depth and width 0.3 Meter detailed below including clearing of roots and trees etc. for all types of soil. This work also includes covering of cables laid in 10 trench and backfilling, ramming, consolidation of soil as well as disposal of extra soil after cable is laid as specified in Guidelines on Signalling Cable laying given by RDSO and any latest circular issued by CSTE/ECoR/BBS. Note: Before refilling of the trenches, the cable laid are to be tested and recorded for its insulation value and after satisfaction of site Engineer the refilling process should start and after monsoon the route is to be attended for backfilling the rain cuts, wash out of soils where ever found.

Excavation of trenches in all kinds of soils including soft rocky area and clearing of track etc. to a depth of 1.0 M and width of 0.3 M for track crossing /pucca road/level crossing gate/platform/station circulating area or any other place as advised by site Engineer including 11 transportation and laying of DWC/RCC/Split RCC/G.I. pipes with or without coupler. This includes repairing of track/pucca road/level crossing gate/ platform/station circulating area surface to original position by ramming and concreting wherever required soon after the work is over. DWC/RCC/GI pipes shall be supplied by the Railway. DWC pipes wherever required shall be supplied in 6 Mtr. length and shall be cut to size as per requirement. All other materials including cement are to be supplied by the contractor.

Excavation of trenches including clearing of roots of trees etc., in rocky area up to a depth to be indicated by Railway Engineer at site as per the site condition [Minimum 0.6 meter] and 12 width 0.3 Mts. at the bottom. This includes concreting & plastering as per the instructions of site Engineer and complete back filling by digging earth from a lead of 30 Mtr. In case 0.8 meter depth or higher is achieved no concreting is required, otherwise concreting up to 100 mm thickness should be done. All materials required for the above works shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Cutting of masonary floor/walls at station building/ signal goomty/ Gate lodge at a depth of 0.5 mtr. to 1.0 mtr at places to be indicated by site Engineer for entering of cables inside the 13 building. Only G.I pipes supplied by Railway and all materials as clamps, bolts & nuts as instructed by site Engineer supplied by tenderer. This includes repairing of masonary floors/walls after the cables are taken inside. Cement, Sand required for the work shall be supplied by the tenderer and also transportation of G.I Pipe from Store by the tenderer.

Trenching and fixing of G.I. pipes of different sizes/DWC pipes in hard rocky area up to a depth of 0.3 M to 0.6 M or at places as per instruction of site Engineer and concreting [1 : 3 : 6] up to height of 100 mm above the pipes. G.I. pipes with the socket/ DWC pipes shall be supplied by the 14 Railway. All other materials required for the works shall be supplied by the contractor. Note: [1] In case of girder bridges, G.I. pipes shall be suitably clamped by the contractor as advised by the site Engineer. Clamps shall be supplied by the contractor. [2] The work including excavation of trenches in hard rock area up to a depth of 0.3 M to 0.6 M and back filling, ramming after completion of work where ever required. [3] In case of concrete bridges clearing of ballast for laying of pipes and re arranging the Railway ballast after completion of work shall be done by the contractor.

Laying of Signalling/4 Quad/ 6 Quad/ Power Cable/Telecom cables/ Jelly filled cables of all sizes in excavated trench, through GI/RCC/DWC pipes etc. wherever required. This includes transportation of cables from the stores to work site and transportation of empty cable drums with left 15 over cables from site to the stores at . The length of cable laid includes the length of cable coil for termination purpose. NOTE: The cables are to be carefully handled during loading, un-loading and transportation to work site. Any damage found in the cable after final testing, in view of mishandling of cables, shall be made good by the Tenderer. Cable should be maggered before and after laying and recorded in a register and submitted to the site Engineer.

Transportation, excavation of pit, casting of foundation, plastering and erection of Steel Apparatus case (full size) with fixing of E-Type lock, wiring, cable entry, termination clamping, filling cable pit with sand, painting and lettering etc., as per Drg.No. S&T/CON/SK/16. This includes earth work and/or masonry work required for securing the apparatus case as per site condition. Railway will supply apparatus case with 'E' type lock only from Railway stores at. Tenderer will supply all wiring materials, PBT Terminals, fuses, fuse blocks, bus bars, hylum sheet ISI mark [6mm thickness], wood plank board of good quality [minimum 3/4"" thick, Cement and transport all the materials to site of work at his own cost. The wiring materials such as wire coils, PBT terminals, fuses, fuse block, etc. should be used from RDSO approved sources. 1) Modifiaction of inside arrangement of Apparatus cases if required for fixing of relays/transformers etc. shall be done by the contractor. Extra shelf, if any, shall be deposited to the Railway stores by the contractor. 2) All cables shall be terminated by providing copper eyelet of suitable size. Note:-(i) If location box foundation is available at site 20% of the cost is to be deducted.(ii) 40% payment shall be released after erection of location boxes.

Supply, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning of earth electrode (make TATA or Jindal as per Rly. practice) including MS flate for signalling equipments on lever frame, appratus case, signal, relay racks, cable termination rack, block instument etc. ( supply & installation of earth electrode as per drawing no. RE/S&T/DRG/Tender/SK/398/04 for apparatus cases, signal post 17 & other equipments as per instruction on earthing of S&T equipment. Laying of earth lead mid steel flat of size 35mmx6mm and fixing of lead MS flat (make TATA/Jindal or Similar) to earth electrode and lever frame,signal post & appratus cases as perDrg. No. CORE/S&T/ALD/SK/591/2008, 592/2008 and 593/2008 respectively and instructions on earthing at S&T equipment and providing cement enclosure for earth electrode as per drawing no. RE/S&T/Sig/Tender/SK/13/85 Alt.A) NOTE: This includes testing of earth value and indicating the same on the Earth enclosure by paint.

Transportation of Position Light Shunt Signal complete with post, units, bases and 18 other fittings; excavation of pit, casting of concrete foundation (1 : 3 : 6) as per Drg. No. CON/SK/T/13, complete fittings of signal including termination of cables, wiring, focusing and testing. Railway will supply position light shunt signal with base from store. Tenderer shall supply all other materials required for the work.

Cutting of trench across/on platform for a depth of 10 cm and width of 10 cm with marble cutting machine and filling the trench after laying of cables and pipes and restoring the surface to its original shape as per instruction of Engineer at site.

Supply, transportation, and installation of RCC joint chamber with two piece top cover 20 and bottom cover with hole for drainage and cable entry as per drawing No.RCIL/ER/DRG-02/06 (Annexure-B). This includes trenching for joint pit, back filling and ramming of pit after placing the joint closure and cable loop in the chamber without causing damage to the same and consolidation of soilas well as disposal of excess soil.
