East Coast Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In terms of specific values, the work experience certificates are accepted from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed or subcontract in the last 5 years, with a value of not less than 35% of the work to be subletted. The total value of work to be assigned to sub-contractor(s) shall not be more than 50% of the total contract value.
