The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing specific categories of work(s) during the last 7 years. These categories are: i. Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, ii. Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, iii. One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, a substantially completed work is defined as an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated based on the advertised value of the tender and the number of years prescribed for completion of the work.
