"Excavation of trenches of depth and width 0.3 M detailed below including clearing of roots and trees etc. for all types of soil. This work also includes covering of cables laid in trench and backfilling, ramming, 1 consolidation of soil as well as disposal of extra soil after cable is laid as specified in Guidelines on Signalling Cable laying given by RDSO and any latest circular issued by CSTE/ECoR/BBS. Note: Before refilling of the trenches, the cable laid are to be tested and recorded for its insulation value and after satisfaction of site Engineer the refilling process should start and after monsoon the route is to be attended for backfilling the rain cuts, wash out of soils where ever found."

Excavation of trenches in all kinds of soils including soft rocky area and clearing of track etc. to a depth of 1.0 M and width of 0.3 M for track crossing /pucca road/level crossing gate/platform/station circulating 2 area or any other place as advised by site Engineer including transportation and laying of DWC/RCC/Split RCC/G.I. pipes with or without coupler. This includes repairing of track/pucca road/level crossing gate/ platform/station circulating area surface to original position by ramming and concreting wherever required soon after the work is over. DWC/RCC/GI pipes shall be supplied by the Railway. DWC pipes wherever required shall be supplied in 6 Mtr. length and shall be cut to size as per requirement. All other materials including cement are to be supplied by the contractor.

Excavation of trenches including clearing of roots of trees etc., in rocky area up to a depth to be indicated by Railway Engineer at site as per the site condition [Minimum 0.6 meter] and width 0.3 Mts. at the 3 bottom. This includes concreting & plastering as per the instructions of site Engineer and complete back filling by digging earth from a lead of 30 Mtr. In case 0.8 meter depth or higher is achieved no concreting is required, otherwise concreting up to 100 mm thickness should be done. All materials required for the above works shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Excavation of trenches including clearing of roots of trees etc. in rocky areas with chisel cutting up 4 to a depth of 0.6 M and width of 0.3 M at the bottom. This includes concreting (1 : 1.5 : 3) at a height of 100 mm after laying of cables as per instruction of site Engineer and back filling of trench by digging. All materials including cement and chips of size 20 mm. etc. to be supplied by the contractor.

Cutting of masonary floor/walls at station building/ signal goomty/ Gate lodge at a depth of 0.5 mtr. 5 to 1.0 mtr a t places to be indicated by site Engineer for entering of cables inside the building. Only G.I pipes supplied by Railway and all materials as clamps, bolts & nuts as instructed by site Engineer supplied by tenderer. This includes repairing of masonary floors/walls after the cables are taken inside. Cement, Sand required for the work shall be supplied by the tenderer and also transportation of G.I Pipe from Store by the tenderer.

Laying of Signalling/4 Quad/ 6 Quad/ Power Cable/Telecom cables/ Jelly filled cables of all sizes in excavated trench, through GI/RCC/DWC pipes etc. wherever required. This includes transportation of cables from 6 the stores to work site and transportation of empty cable drums with left over cables from site to the stores at . The length of cable laid includes the length of cable coil for termination purpose. NOTE: The cables are to be carefully handled during loading, un-loading and transportation to work site. Any damage found in the cable after final testing, in view of mishandling of cables, shall be made good by the Tenderer. Cable should be maggered before and after laying and recorded in a register and submitted to the site Engineer.

Transportation, excavation of pit, casting of foundation, plastering and erection of Steel Apparatus case (Half size) with fixing of E-Type lock, wiring, cable entry, termination clamping, filling cable pit with sand, painting and lettering etc., as per Drg.No. S&T/Con/BBS/92/90. This includes earth work and/or masonry work required for securing the apparatus case as per site condition. Railway will supply apparatus case with 'E' type lock only. Tenderer shall supply all wiring materials, PBT Terminals, fuses, fuse blocks, bus bars, hylum sheet ISI 7 marked[6mm thickness], wood plank board of good quality [minimum 3/4" thick, cement and any other materials that are required for the work at his own cost. Contractor has to transport all the materials from store at his own cost to the work site. The wiring materials such as wire coils, PBT terminals, fuses, fuse block, etc. should be used from RDSO approved sources. "1) Modifiaction of inside arrangement of Apparatus cases if required for fixing of relays/transformers etc. shall be done by the contractor. Extra shelf, if any, shall be deposited to the Railway stores by the contractor. 2) All cables shall be terminated by providing copper eyelet of suitable size." Note:-(i) If location box foundation is available at site 20% of the cost is to be deducted.(ii) 40 % payment shall be released after erection of location boxes.

"Supply, transportation and installation of earth electrode (make TATA or Jindal as per Rly. practice) including MS flat for signalling equipments on lever frame, apparatus cases, signal, relay racks, cable termination rack, block instrument etc. (supply & installation of earth electrode as per drawing no. 8 RE/S&T/DRG/Tender/SK/398/94 for apparatus cases, signal post & other equipments as per instruction on earthing of S&T equipment. Laying of earth lead mild steel flat of size 35mmx6mm and fixing of lead MS flat (make TATA/Jindal of Similar) to earth electrode and lever frame, signal post & appratus cases as per Drg No. CORE/S&T/ALD/SK/591/2008, 592/2008 and 593/2008 respectively and instructions on earthing at S&T equipment and providing cement enclosure for earth electode as per drawing no. RE/S&T/Sig./Tender/SK/13/85 Alt. A) NOTE: This includes testing of earth value and indicating the same on the Earth enclosure by paint."

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Maintenance free and permanent earth as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/197 Version 1.0 and Technical Speci. as per section H.

Concreting (Mix 1:2:4) 200 mm x 200 mm on G.I. Pipes on bridges/ culverts or any other location as specified by the Rly. supervisor. All materials including cement required for the above works are to be supplied by the tenderer.

Transportation and fixing of perforated G.I. Pipes of 100 mm dia on bridges, culverts, drains or in trenches or any other place as per instruction of site Engineer with clamps at 1.5 mts. interval on steel girder bridges or at places advised by site Engineer. This includes supplying of G.I. Pipes, 80/100/150 mm dia. Specn. 11 No. IS:1239/2004, or latest medium gauge with threaded collars (Make -TATA /JINDAL) by tenderer. This also includes 100 mm thick concreting on GI pipes as required and instructed by site Engineer and all other materials required for the work shall be supplied by the tenderer. Note: The G.I. pipe shall be perforated by drilling 7 mm dia holes length wise in zig-zag manner staggered at a distance of 300 mm. G.I. Pipes before and after perforation and bridge fixtures supplied by the tenderer will be inspected by Representative of Sr.DSTE/SBP before use. The bridge fixtures will be supplied by tenderer for fixing of GI pipes on girder bridges only.

Excavation of cable joint pit of size 1m x 1mx 1.2 in all types of soil for jointing of copper cables, back filling and ramming after jointing.

Erection of Rail posts size 3.0mtrs length approx with sole plate of size 40cm x 40cm x6mm 13 (thickness) welded at the bottom, concreting the post (1:2:4) and painting (2 coats) as per directives of Railways. This includes welding 50mm dia GI pipes, sole plate and fixing of EM socket box with the rail post. Emergency socket box and rail post with sole plate shall be supplied by Railways. All other materials including cement shall be supplied by the contractor.

Painting & Lettering of emergency sockets & post including supply of black, white & red oxide of reputed brand and IS spec. Paint to be applied in two coats. Rusted portion, if any, to be rubbed out and applied with red oxide after which two coats of necessary paint will be applied.

Supply ,transportation & installation of Optical Fibre cable joint enclosure and splicing of OFC (24 Fibre) and testing. OFC spicing shall be done in presence of Railway Representative.

Transportation of HDPE pipe from the store to work site, laying of the same (With 4 mm nylon 16 rope, pre inserted inside the HDPE pipe) in excavated trench/ already laid GI/ RCC pipe / tubes, jointing, leveling and end sealing the pipes, HDPE pipe, couplers and end caps shall be supplied by Railway, Nylon rope shall be supplied by the contractor.

Transportation of OFC from the store of to work site with care, and pushing/ pulling OFC through 17 the HDPE pipes sealing of the duct by simple plugs. The cable is to be laid by mechanised means. At inaccessible places where mechanised laying is not possible, the cable is to be laid manually by pulling through pre inserted rope. Empty cable drums with or without leftover cable should be returned to the store. This also includes testing of cable drums by OTDR in the store premises before transportation and submission of results thereof.

Transportation and jointing (straight through and derivation) of PIJF/quad cables size TSF-IV as per Specn No. IRS: TC-31/96 & IRS 30/97. Jointing kits shall be supplied by the Railway. All other materials shall be supplied by the tenderer.

Supply, transportation, and installation of RCC joint chamber with two piece top cover and bottom 19 cover with hole for drainage and cable entry as per drawing attached in Section-H. This includes trenching for joint pit, back filling and ramming of pit after placing the joint closure and cable loop in the chamber without causing damage to the same and consolidation of soilas well as disposal of excess soil.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade one or more coats of Location Box(outside) including supply of Aluminimum paint.

Transportation, fixing and supply of MS channels of size 100x50x5mm(HXWXT) of 1 mtr length 21 channels to be painted with one coat primer and two coat aluminium paints. Fixing of GI pipe on girder bridge. MS channel to be provided with suitable MS clamps/fixture, nut & bolts etc. as per instruction of site engineer. Suitable holes are also to be provided in MS channel for fixing of GI pipes and riveting of bolts, Nuts of 5/8" dia mm to be used.

Supply, fitting & fixing of Boiling Water Proof ply board 19mm thick for cupboard, partition wall etc. Ply make:- Century or similar. Inspection by Representative of Railway.

Hiring of Public Address system with Manpower for one day for a gathering of 100 to 500 people. 2 This includes sufficient nos of Speakers, Amplifier, Audio Mixture, wire & wireless microphones, stands, podium microphones etrc as per site requirement. Connection cables for speakers and corded microphones are to be laid along with back-up cables to ensure smooth switchover of cable during emergency.This also includes transportation of all materials to site.

Hiring of Video Wall (12' x 8') for one day. This includes all accessories including one Laptop and Manpower for operations etc. Connection cables are to be laid along with back-up cables to ensure smooth switchover of cable during emergency.This also includes transportation of all materials to site.

Hiring of 55 " LED TV for one day. This includes all accessories like TV Stand, Connetcor cables and manpower for operation. Connection cables are to be laid along with back-up cables to ensure smooth switchover of cable during emergency. This also includes transportation of all materials to site.

Hiring of High resolution Cameras for live casting or recording or both for one day. This includes 5 camera stands, all type of cables, connectors and manpower for operation. Connection cables are to be laid along with back-up cables to ensure smooth switchover of cable during emergency. The tenderer has to submit recorded Media after completion of the ceremonial function if recording is ordered. This also includes transportation of all materials to site.
