The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The overall cost, including the Price Variation Clause (PVC) amount, if paid, of the completed work or substantially completed work, shall be considered for the purpose of fulfillment of technical credentials. In case of newly formed partnership firms, the credentials of individual partners from previous proprietary firms or dissolved previous partnership firms or split previous partnership firms shall be considered only to the extent of their share in the previous entity on the date of dissolution/split and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. For example, if a partner had 30% share in the previous entity and their share in the present partnership firm is 20%, the credentials of that partner will be considered to the extent of 0.3 * 0.2 * value of the work done in the previous entity. The value of similar works completed is considered for fulfillment of credentials. The amount of Rs 10 crore is mentioned as an example of credentials of a partnership firm, which shall remain as Rs 6 crore if one partner quits the firm. The values of 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.10%, and 0.30% of the contract value are mentioned as the rates for liquidated damages for delay due to the contractor. The amount of Rs 3864451.06 and Rs 695601.19 are mentioned as the lump sum costs for statutory bonus and NH allowances to workers and GST on statutory bonus and NH allowance, respectively.
