The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost is related to the estimated bid value, which is 20000000. Additionally, the bidder is required to have 7 years of past experience for the same or similar service. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, it is mentioned that if L-1 is not an MSE and MSE Service Provider(s) has/have quoted price within L-1+ 15% of margin of purchase preference/price band, then 100% order quantity will be awarded to such MSE bidder. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost for the three different scenarios. The amount of estimated cost is 20000000.
