The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a list of projects under progress and executed that are similar in nature to the work. Specifically, the bidder needs to provide information about the projects executed, including details such as name of employer, location and name of work, contract price, major items of works, and dates of starting and completion of the work. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 1/3 of the estimated amount put to tender, which is Rs.1,16,77,000.00, in a single contract as similar nature of work in any one financial year during the last five years. This similar nature of work includes construction of Swimming Pool / Civil works / buildings inclusive of Electrical & PH works. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum Annual financial turnover of 60% of the amount put to bid, which is Rs. 2,10,20,000.00 at 2023-24 price level, in any one financial year during the last five years. The bidder should also have executed in any one year a minimum of 500 Cum of Earth Work and 250 Cum of Cement Concrete. The bidder is required to submit attested copy of authentic record duly certificated by the concerned Executive Engineer in support of such experience. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the current price level using an escalation factor of 10% per year. The percentage of similar works completed is 1/3 (one-third) of the estimated amount put to tender, and the annual financial turnover should be at least 60% of the amount put to bid. The amount of similar works completed is Rs.1,16,77,000.00, and the annual financial turnover is Rs. 2,10,20,000.00 at 2023-24 price level.
