Boring for the piles to the required depth through all types of soil strata including hard rock if any up to the founding level and stacking the bored soil at convenient place and transport to dispose the same at low lying area outside the working area with cleaning & washing the bore including cost of bentonite solution, labour, labour cess, tools, equipments, required to complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer’-in-charge. Note:- 01. If the boring tool encounters rock at an elevation higher than the termination level of the pile indicated in the drawing then the boring shall be continued one metre into the rock from where the boring tool encounters rock first. 02. In case the soil stratum at the founding level is loose the Engineer or his representative may direct the contractor to carryout additional length of boring and payment for such additional work shall also be made under this item. 03. The sample of bored materials at regular interval shall be collect and produce for the verification of the Engineer or his representative at no extra cost. In the event of any dispute about the type of strata bored, the samples so collected shall be referred to an authorised laboratory / agency indentified by the Engineer and the decision of such authorised laboratory / agency is final and binding on both the parties. However the cost of such testing shall be borne by the contractor.

Supplying, fabricating and providing Mild steel cylindrical liners as per required thick with shoe to the required depth including providing additional stiffener plates of 4mm thick & 500 mm high including cutting, bending, welding, transporting, alignment, placing in position and driving to required depth with all labour, labour cess, materials, tools, equipments etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The stiffener shall be measured under this item. In case the soil strata found to be not good in the founding level, extra depth of liner may be provided as per site condition and measurement will be made to this effect.

Providing and placing designed mix cast-in-situ RCC M-30 using 20 mm down graded black hard granite crusher broken chips for piles using tremmie method up to cut off level underneath the bentonite slurry including all sampling, testing and records with watering and laying as per IS codes 456 and 516. including cost, conveyance, royality, labour, Labour Cess, T&P and all other taxes etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. Note: Supply, fabrication of steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid under relevant item (Rate shall include the cost of providing additional concrete above the cut-off level) (PILES ABOVE WATER)

Providing and placing designed mix cast-in-situ RCC M-30 using 20 mm down graded black hard granite crusher broken chips for piles using tremmie method up to cut off level underneath the bentonite slurry including all sampling, testing and records with watering and laying as per IS codes 456 and 516. including cost, conveyance, royality, labour, Labour Cess, T&P and all other taxes etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. Note: Supply, fabrication of steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid under relevant item (Rate shall include the cost of providing additional concrete above the cut-off level) (PILES BELOW WATER)

Cutting and dressing pile heads to required line and level and /or as directed and stacking the debris at convenient place and transport the same to any low lying area outside the working area and all associated cleaning of projecting reinforcements including all labour, labour cess, materials, tools, equipments etc., complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer’-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil with 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including all taxes as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Filling in foudation and plinth with sand from approved quarry with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royality taxes etc. complete With all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth Fillimg in embankments,roads, etc. within 5 Km lead & initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 10cm and laying layers not exceeding 0.30m in depth and as per specification approved by the department including proper compaction with PRR including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, T&P ,hire & running charges of prr & transport vehicles etc complete in all respect .

Quarrying,collecting, conveying, supplying and spreading good quality laterite moorum and consolidation with HRR including watering with cost, conveyancy, royality and all taxes , labour, labour cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size broken hard granite chips for C C works including hoisting and laying With all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete(1:2:4) with12mm size broken hard granite chips for R C C works including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and placing designed mix cast-in-situ RCC M-30 with 20 mm. down graded black hard granite crushed broken stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators, watering and curing for 4 weeks and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary with all sampling, testing and records in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. required for the work to complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Brand of Steel - SAIL ) Measurement of reinforcement will be made on lengthwise including hooks, if any, separately for different diameter as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, from the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calcuted in tonnes by multiplying the coefficient per unit length of bar as per code of the respective size of bars used on the basis of wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding & placing shall not be measured as the cost of these items has already been included in the analysis of rates for reinforcement as per rule in force . (PILES ABOVE WATER)

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 23cmx11cmx8cm having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/m2 with dimensional tolerence ± 2 percent in cement mortar (1:4) including cost and conveyance of all materials with all the taxes, royalty,labour, T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing in position 50mm, thick precast cement concerte jally [1:2:4] hard granite chips including roughening, cleaning, fixing and finishing incement mortar (1:3) etc., complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with all the taxes, royalty,labour,Labour cess, T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge:

16mm thick plaster in cm (1:6) over brick masonry including cost and conveyance of all materials with all the taxes,royalty,labour, T&P required for the work etc complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

12mm thick plaster in cm (1:4) over brick masonry including cost and conveyance of all materials with all the taxes,royalty,labour, T&P required for the work etc complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge.

20 mm. thick grading cement plaster over roof slab/Parapet in Cement Mortar (1:4) mixing with water proofing compound including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes, royalty, labour, labour cess, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fixing and fitting of G.I. Choukaths, G.I. Grill door Shutters of approved design including cost of all consumables, labour, taxes and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing Granite tiles above 0.40 sqm in floors,Dados,treads on steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (one cement, one sand) jointed with neat white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the marbles including rubbing complete with cost and conveyance of all materials and all taxes royalty, labour, labour cess, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Priming one coat with approved Water bound cement primer including cost of Primer (on wall) etc. including transportation, labour, labour cess, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting 2 coats to walls with Plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of all materials and transportation, labour, labour cess, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with Weather coat (ISI) of approved shade in new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint and transportation, labour, labour cess, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost of paint ( For Steel work) including all taxes , all labour, labour cess, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint including cost of all materials,cleaning, brushes, putty etc including all taxes , all labour, labour cess, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying approved Marine ''D" hallow Rubber fender of size 150 x150 x25 mm as per specification and drawing including cost & taxes of Fender with transport charges to deliver at work site etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Labour for cutting Marine ''D" hallow Rubber fender of required size and fitting &fixing the same as per specification and drawing along the jetty fender beam using stainless steel Anchore bolts, Nuts and washers of required size by drilling holes in the existing concrete surface and making good good of the damage with cement mortar(1:1) (1cement :1sand) including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials labour, labour cess,T&P etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per drawing,design specification and direction of Engineer in charge (Excluding cost of Fender)

Painting figures and letters (English & Odia) of various size upto 120mm including cost of paint and transportation, labour, labour cess, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
