R.C.C. M-30 with 20 mm. down graded black hard granite crushed broken stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators, watering and curing for 4 weeks and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials cost of all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. required for the work to complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fabricating and placing of HYSD (FE-415) /(FE-500) grade steel for pile cage including cutting , bending, binding & welding and laying in position with cost, conveyance, taxes of HYSD steel and binding wires 18 to 20 gauge with all labour,labour cess, T&P, cage lowering, equipments etc., complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Brand of Steel - SAIL ) Measurement of reinforcement will be made on lengthwise including hooks, if any, separately for different diameter as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, from the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calcuted in tonnes by multiplying the coefficient per unit length of bar as per code of the respective size of bars used on the basis of wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding & placing shall not be measured as the cost of these items has already been included in the analysis of rates for reinforcement as per rule in force .

Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working areas including cost of all labour, Labour cess and T& P required to complete the work in all respect as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Filling in foudation and plinth with sand from approved quarry with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royality taxes etc. complete With all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm down HGCB metal including hoisting, laying, compacting, curing and watering etc. with cost, conveyance, royalty, labour, labour cess, T&P and all taxes of materials required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer in Charge.

Filling sand and moorum admixture(30:70) by admixing sand and moorum and consolidating with PRR including watering, cost and conveyance of all materials with all the taxes, royality, labour, T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, conveying and supplying good quality laterite moorum from approved quarry and laying Sub-base in layers not exceeding 100mm, watering & compaction to required density in OMC with PRR complete with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete(1:2:4) with12mm size broken hard granite chips for R C C works including hoisting and laying With all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismentalling then after casting including cost, conveyance, royality, labour, Labour Cess, T&P and all other taxes etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge. (R.C.C. Foundation, plinth band and footing base of column mass concrete precast slab etc.)

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismentalling then after casting including cost, conveyance, royality, labour, Labour Cess, T&P and all other taxes etc. required to complete the work in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.( R.C.C. Walls and Fins including attached pillasters)

Filling Bituminous expansion joint board in every expansion joint in C.C. road inclusive of cost of materials & cleaning upto specific depth as required for the work to complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying ,Laying & Fixing 600mm dia NP3 RCC hume pipe in position for culvert including pointing ends , suitable for flush joint with cement mortar (1:3) including cost conveyance and taxes of hume pipe etc complete.

Construction of coffer dam including all materials, labours, taxes etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortor (1:3) over brick masonary including cost and conveyance of all materials with all the taxes, royality, labour, T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with approved Water bound cement primer including cost of Primer and cost and conveyance of all materials with all the taxes, royality, labour, T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 coats to walls with Plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of all materials and labour etc complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge
