Part-A:Design, manufacture, supply and installation of passenger lift of 272 kg capacity (for 04 persons) with all fabricating work including 12 mm thick glass cover to the lift well and erecting structural work and other accessories for the installation for Chandrabhaga Lighthouse.

Designing, Supplying, Fabricating and erecting structural work for the installation lift for Chandrabhagha Lighthouse. The lift well will be fabricated out of four numbers ISMB 150x75 main leg and two no’s ISMB 100 for carrying counter weights ,these structural members are to be welded and fixed to the 12mm circular plate of 4000 mm dia (Apprx) with foundation bolt are placed at floor level of Lighthouse . Horizontal bracing with tubular section 100x50x3mm/ ISMC to be fixed to the vertical section at an interval of 3.00m extended to the Existing Concrete/ masonry wall) and grouted with anchor bolt(Lateral support of lift wall). Sufficient ramp with ss cladding at each landing of elevator. The Fabricated and erected Mild steel structure of exposed surface will be cladding with ACP/Polycarbonate Sheets, Applying of two coat of irst quality synthetic enamel paint over a coat of effoxy primer on steel surface. The door opening (3Nos) of the lift to be made with ISMC 150 welded to the vertical members.. The first entrace to the lift will be provided at first landing ( 1.60 m from floor) of existing stair case , 2nd entrance at 9.2m level from floor ,3rd entrance at 18.20m level from floor .The door opening and step to be covered with stainless steel cladding of grade 304 all as per drawing and design , providing lift pit , Lift RCC foundation with bearing plate and bolt as per site condition( if required) and also any other civil work if required for installation in the lift as per site condition, including cost of supply of all labour materials tools & plants etc complete as directed. No extra payment shall made for any civil work. All design , specification and drawing should be approved by Director, Kolkata before execution of work.

Designing, Supplying , fabricating and fixing vertical circular side covering work in throughout lift well with Toughened Saint Gopian Clear Air Proof Glass cladding (12mm Thickness )with Stainless steel fame work, Sealant ,Spider Fitting –Dorma Make and Saingobin/ModiGurd Glass),providing of necessary door opening to the designated places as per drawing including cost of supply of all labour materials tools & plants etc complete as directed. All design , specification and drawing should be got approved by Director, Kolkata before execution of work.
