Earth work in all kinds of soil from borrow area by mechanical / manual means with all leads, lifts and delifts including loading and unloading in to the transportation vehicles within a lead of 5 km and depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm, laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including removal of roots, shrub jungles, bushes and all foreign debries from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning, cambering the earth work, watering and compaction with PRR for all heights of banks and slopes with required quality control test including construction , maintenance , watering, dewatering and lighting of haul roads and borrow area including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries including cost, carriage, & royalty of all materials, including all labour T&P etc. complete and labour cess, taxes as applicable and all cost of incidental charges etc complete in all respect as per drawing, specification, direction of Engineer-in-Charge .(Measurement shall be taken on finished level section.Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his own cost and responsibility)

Collecting,Supplying & stacking in regular box heaps 1.50m.X 1.50m.X0.50m. including all cost ,carriage & royalty of Grade - III metal, conveying from stacks, laying, spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks sweeping with broom or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bag or compressed air to receive bituminous, excluding GST, as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
