Filling in foundation, trenches and plinth with river sand, well watered and compacted in layers of with top surface dressed and leveled to proper gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance, all and royalties, loading and unloading, including cost of all labour, sundries ,T & P etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer -in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-II material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make,design,colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect confirming to IRCSP63:2018

Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sq.cm in c.m. 1:4 in F & P including cost conveyance and royality of materials curing etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Supplying and fixing of Pre cast kerb stone of size 600mm x 300mm x 150mm of M-30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction fixed in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984.

Brick work with Fly Ash .Bricks having crushing strength between 100kg/sq.cm to 149kg/sq.cm in c.m. 1:4 in Sup.Str. including cost conveyance and royality of materials curing etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Cement Concrete 1:4:8) with 40 mm size broken hard granite chips for R.C.C. works including hoisting and laying etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

R.C.C. work M-20 grade using 20mm.and down grade HBG crusher broken chips including hoisting,laying, cost,conveyance and royality of materials curing etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Supplying,fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement as per drawing and technical specification including cost,conveyance and all taxes of steel and binding wire etc.complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Supply and fixing of MCM Modified Clay Material - MCM A Series Brick - 240 x 60 mm of as per company standard dimension, pattern, colour as specified, manufactured through unfired patented manufacturing technology, bonded together by using low heat temperature and having CE approval with the thermal conductivity of 0.0590 W/M.K — EN 12667 (2001), thermal resistance of 0.0568 M2 K/W— EN 12667 (2001) and Fire Insulation - Class A— ASTM E84- 15. The product should be patented from United States and Europe and with certifications by IGBC, Singapore Green Label and China Green Building material. MCM Materials should be fixed with suitable Cement/ Polymer/Epoxy based adhesive as per adhesive chart and substrate and per directions of Engineer in-charge. Grouting should be done using filling and pointing method as per installation drawing provided, and colour of the grout should be as per the architect’s specification depending on the substrate and as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Trenching in ordinary soil upto a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling with a lead of 50m and making up the trenched to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth,sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage(earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 1 km (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Rough Dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods

Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth in required thickness as per the direction of the officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and /or good earth to be paid separately)

Grassing with selection no.1 grass including watering and maintainance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth,if needed (the grass & good earth shall be paid separately)

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately).

Anti termite treatment of lawn area through premise 30.50% I P. one liter premise diluted in 499 liters water and applying solution @ 1.00 litre solution per sqm lawn or bed area.(two application) i/c cost of chemical)and as per direction of officer-in-charge.
