Providing acostic Ceiling : The propsed room has conical shaped roof, providing ad fixing of Acousti ceiling in the studio room with acoustcsquare edge panels having density of 400 kg/m2, File class 1 & P, NRC : 0.9, Thermal 0.98W/mk, Climate 50degreeC, Low light reflectivity, Weight:6kg/m2, Core Pine wood long fiber, Magnesite bonded, Anti termite, Green product, VoC RC - 30%, Non-reflective Ebony colour Size 595 mm X 595 mm X 15mm with 10 years warranty. The above Panels and lay on materials laid on the Skelet Trelis T-24 Ebony frame consisting of MT24W36 Main T, CT24W12 cross, T,CT24W06 cross T and the frame supported by WA24W30 wall angle at appropriate Height duly hanged from the roof by SWG 22 guage G.I wire of appropriate length. The G.I wire should be looped from the roof by Rawl plug & soffit cleat and the other and will holding the MT24W36 @ 1200mm c/c with necessary hardwate.
