Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent. (Item Code - 11.56.1)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing U shaped aluminium channel (top & bottom) for sliding door with provision of handle, locking arrangement, roller, etc. all complete. Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard sectionaround the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @0.75 ltr /10 sqm (Item Code -13.48.1)

Providing and fixing wall having cupboard made out of 19mm thick water proof / termite proof solid ply ( Century or equipment ) The cup board will be provided with stroge space as per the instruction and requirement with two / three tier rack system. There will be openable door / sliding door. The exposed surface of the cupboard will be provided with 1 mm thick glossy / mat finshed sunmica and inside with 0.8 mm thick white / off white sunmica. All hinges of the door system will be pneumatic / hydraulic type of godrej made. The handle / locking system will be stainless steel and of hettich / godrej made. If necessary lipping teak wood / matching colour to be provided on the peripheral surface. The sectional size will be 0.6 m x 0.45 m

Providing and fixing of roller blind tubes, fabrics, sidewinder mechanism, bottom bar, bracket, end caps etc. all complete of standrad make as per the instruction.

Providing & fixing cupboard under RRC slab made up of 19mm thick water proof/termite proof solid ply (Century brand) with all solid frame work. The cupboard will be provided with drawer/storage space as per the instruction and requirement with three/four stage drawer system. The exposed surface of the cupboard will be provided with 1mm thick matching color sunmica and inside will be provided with 0.8mm thick white/off-white sunmica. The matching color teak wood lipping will be provided in border area of the cupboard and drawer. The drawer and storage space will be provided with inner lock, knob, handle, channel etc. of reputed brand (Hettich/Godrej make) etc. Sectional Area 0.70 m X 0.60 m

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work (Item Code - 13.61.1)

Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture : New work (Item Code - 13.69.1)

Repairing of existing drawer by required thikness, channel, handle replacement, hinges of cup replacement, sunmica pasting of matching colour, enamel painting to inside space and wood polishing of exposed area.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (Item Code - 13.80)
