Providing & Laying Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm(1 1/2") size hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete, watering, curing, centring & shuttering for covering columns, scaffolding etc.complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 0'-6" thick including all cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

RCC work of M-20 Grade having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 200Kg/ sqcm in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 20mm down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips as per the design mix of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction by using vibrators, watering, curing for 28 days, centering, shuttering, scafolding and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding cost of MS Rod or tor steel and binding wires & labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Straightening, cutting coiling of bent up HYSD Bar or Tor steel of approved brand including cutting, bending, binding, welding and jointing with necessary & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works. Hoisting, lowering, laying including all cost, conveyance, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel ( payment will be made on standard weight of BIS for MS Rods or tor steel only) and labour T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing all materials labour T&P for first class fly Ash Brick masonary work in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Foundation & Plinth using approved quality of fly Ash bricks of size (25cmx25cmx 8cm) and to the IS Specification having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimentional tolerance ± 8 percente after immersing bricks in water for 6 hours before use etc. complete, from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck including splays, cutting,circular moulding, chamfering, curbelling and similar such type of work etc. complete as per drawing & desiging and specification including racking out joints watering, curing, scaffolding including cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all material, and cost of labour T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing all materials labour T&P for first class fly Ash Brick masonary work in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Super structure using approved quality of fly Ash bricks of size (25cmx25cmx 8cm) and to the IS Specification having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimentional tolerance ± 8 percente after immersing bricks in water for 6 hours before use etc. complete, from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck including splays, cutting,circular moulding, chamfering, curbelling and similar such type of work etc. complete as per drawing & desiging and specification including racking out joints watering, curing, scaffolding including cost, conveyance, royalities, taxes of all material, and cost of labour T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 12mm thick Cement Plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in all walls finished smooth to outside surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scraping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level to give required ornamental finish including with watering, curing, scafolding, screening sand etc. complete with all cost, conveyance, taxes, royalties of all materials and all labour, T&P sundries required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting one coats with approved water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade to the surface of walls after cleaning the surface including with all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with Water proofing weather seal coat of approved shade over a coat of primer by means of brush to the out side surface of walls after cleaning the surface etc complete in all walls including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, Sundries required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying & filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth including watering, ramming with cost, conveyance royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P sundries required for the work etc. complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section) as per the specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in clay under 3m height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting & fixing of M.S.window Grills, M.S. Gate in all floors made out with 10mm x 10mm square bar & 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm flat as per approved drawing and design including priming with red oxing primer of approved quality with cost of all materials and all labour, T&P cost conveyance and taxes of all materials etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with approved synthetic enamel paint of approved shade, colour to new/ old iron work over a coat of red oxide primer including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete as per the specification and the direction of Engineer in charge.
