Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm

Providing & Applying weather proof sealant (Sealant 25mmx10mm at joints) on outer joints of approved make confirming to IS & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading,transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and injecting Epoxy injection grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and inserting 12mm dia galvanised steel injection nipple in honey comb area and along crack line including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing and making the hole & crack dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the distance between injection nipple with adhesive chemical of approved make and allow it to cure complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work of steel surface

Providing and Fixing 10mm thick multi wall semi transparent polycarbonate sheet roofing of approved colour at all height to make any normal shape of roofing/covering of any pitch and fixing with specially designed powder coated aluminium section with 60mm wide flange of standard design weighing not less than 1.1kg/mtr at specing not more than 1.2m c/c with EPDM gasket and silicon sealant on all four edges of alumininum section fixed with self drilling stainless steel screws all complete including aluminium edge angle 40x40x3mm as per manufacturer specification and all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x6mm flat iron section.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/sqm) glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & up to 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil
