Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre - constructional antitermite treatment as per IS specification and creating a chemical barrier in bottom and sides of foundation trenches, top-surface of plinth filing junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building expansion joints surrounding the pipes and cables etc. complete using approved quality of chemical emulsion of requisite quantity prescribed by the manufacturer as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials and labour taxes etc. complete. Providing, boring, installing cast in-situ under-reamed pile 300mm dia with single under-reamed of 75cm dia and length 6 metre measured from bottom of pile cap to the tip of the pile using concrete design mix of M25 grade including boring, under-reaming under water using drilling mud & concreting by termic disposal of slush as directed by Engineer-in-charge and driving of welded reinforcement cages through freshly laid concrete. Jetting of piles as per IS-2911(Part-III) 1980, cost of the pile reinforcement to be embedded in the pile cap, length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. complete it in all respect as per design and drawing and direction of Engineer- incharge.

Cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well as at the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coats of red oxide primer and final approved shade of powder coated paint. 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system.
