The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing similar works during the last 07 years. The similar work includes mechanical work involving fabrication and erection of piping works, pipeline with or without painting, equipment erection works, and civil works in any sector. The qualifying criteria for similar works are as follows: - One similar completed or executed work costing not less than Rs. 199.00 Lakh. - Two similar completed or executed works costing not less than Rs. 124.00 Lakh each. - Three similar completed or executed works costing not less than Rs. 100.00 Lakh each. A completion certificate for a part of the work (more than 80% of the value of work) may be considered while evaluating the Technical Bid. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder's Average Annual Financial Turnover during the last 03 years should not be less than Rs. 75.00 Lakh, and the Net Worth of the Bidder’s Company / Firm as on 31st March 2024 should be positive.
