Procurement, Supply, fabrication, erection, inspection and testing of steel structure for cone roof supporting structure including curb angle, spiral stairway, cage ladder, top and intermediate platform, grating for stairway steps and platform, anchor chairs, name plates, earthing connections, ladder rungs for ladders in covered roof tanks, wind girder fabricated from rolled section, wind girder bracings/ support, support bracket for lightening arrestor etc with supply of requisite labour with consumbles required to complete the work as per drawings, specifications, standards, codes, scope of work, and instructions of Engineer- in-Charge.

HANDRAIL WORK (CS)

Procurement, Supply of raw materials, fabrication of MS hand railing pipe made out of MS pipe 40 NB (Heavy duty) confirm to IS:1239 including grinding , buffing , making curvature as per approved drawings, including welding on steel members supply of labour with consumbles to complete the work as per drawings, specifications, standards, codes, scope of work, and instructions of Engineer- in- Charge.

GRATING:

Procurement, Supply, fabrication & erection of galvanized Gratings as per approved drawings. Erection at appropriate location, level including all necessary cutout in grating shall be made if required, including alignment welding of grating on supporting beams/structures in true to line, level & dimension, touchup galvanization wherever required. The work shall be completed including supply of all labor in all respect as per approved drawings and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.. The weight of the zinc coating shall not be less than 610 GSM unless otherwise noted as per IS 4759. This item envisage supply and fixing of Galvanized grating. The job to be executed as per attached technical specifications, job procedures etc. complete and as directed by EIC.

APPURTENANCES (SS 304):

Procurement, Supply, Fabrication, installation, welding, inspection and testing as required for the following shell & roof appurtenances i.e. roof/shell manhole nozzles of 24 inch dia, shell/roof nozzles 150 class S.O.R.F of various sizes ranging from 0.5 dia up to 12 inch dia with Goose Neck & Seal pot as per specification & Coarse wire Mesh of SS304 (Bird Screen) as per requirment, Vents with Goose Neck & Flame Arrestor as per specification, sight glass with shell nozzles, as per requirement, CIP nozzles, Sch 160 dip pipe (1.5 inches & 6 inches) with holes as per specification, standard and up-to satisfaction of HPCL Engineer-in-Charge Flame Arrester will be supplied by vendor. as shown on drawings and standards . Rate shall include supply, fabrication and welding of neck rings, seamless pipes, Plate Flanges/Blind Flanges, SORF Flanges/Blind Flanges, RF Pads, handle with blind holding arrangements, bolting Slip-on flanges with blind flanges, bolts, nuts, gaskets, trough etc. as per drawings complete as per specification,conducting DP testing of the root welding and air pressure test with soap solution by applying pressure of 1.05 kg/sq.cm before hydro testing for reinforcing pads including supply of all labour to complete the work as per drawings, specifications , standards, codes, scope of work, and instructions of Site-in-Charge of B&R/TEn/HPCL.

TANK UNDER BOTTOM CONNECTION

SS304 SR Elbow of various sizes ranging from 2 inches up to 12 inches and associated pipe, flange, blind, gasket, nuts, bolts for tank Underbottom connection. Supply, Welding, installation and testing as required by specification.

STEAM SPARGER

Scope include in Supply, Fabrication ,Installation, inspection and testing of Steam Sparger for CIP Tank (T-9303) in-line with technical specification of tender Document

MIXER/AGITATOR

Installation of Agitator Assembly with motor as per data sheet and installation of the same in position as per instruction of Engineer-in Charge /Supplier.

VACUUM RELIEF VALVE

Procurement, Supply, Installation, and testing of VRV Assembly as per data sheet Rate shall include Supply, Installation, and testing of VRV with bolts, nuts, gaskets, trough etc. as per drawings as per instruction of Engineer-in Charge /Supplier.

Blind Flange with Gasket: SA182 SS304 Blind Flange with Gasket, Nuts and Bolts including Spares. Design, Supply and Installation as required for various sizes from 2 inches up to 16 inches
