Providing, Making ,ercting and fixing Missile Sculpture as per design & specification consisting with 3nos Missile Sculpture with one no middle missile of 8100mm height & 2nos missile structure of 5095 mm height with top dome in each missile as per design made suitable with ms plate thick covering with Powder Coated along structure designed to sustain the wind pressure with bottom RCC structure with designed with suitable foundation. Following data sheet may be followed during the execution GI Square Bar structure upto a Height of one no of 8100mm & 2nos missile structure of 5095 mm height and Dia 600mm of each unit as per Design & Drawing by the Architect with Duco Paint Stickering (Retro/Reflective)GI Plate Binding and SS Plate with etching in selected area of each unit.

Specification: - A) Size/ Dimentions 1. Middle Section Missile (Main) sculpture structure -1no 8100 mmor as per approved design & Specification. 2. Side Section Missile sculpture (2nos) - 5100mm ,or as per approved design & Specification. B) Inside .GI section Structure to sustain Missile plate covering ,or as per approved design & Specification. 1. GI Squre Bar- 3x3 inch- middle- 1 no or as per approved design & Specification. 2. GI Squre Barsection 2x2 inch - 4nosor ,or as per approved design & Specification. 3.GI Squre Barsection1x1 inch Cross section zigzag skeleton structure or as per approved design & Specification. C) Body Cladding 1. GI Plate 16 gauzeor as per approved design & Specification. 2. Group Section SS Plate (304)1.5gauze, Height -24 inchor as per approved design & Specification. D) Base 1. RCC work in M250 with frame foundation - 3700x3700x1500 mm with reinforcement as per design with sand filling & DLC ,or as per approved design & Specification. 2. Cladding with Black Granite and Moulding to the exposed concrete foundation structure above GL or as per approved design & Specification. E) Finishing 1. Duco painted over zinc primer as per approved design & Specification. 2. Retro Reflective Stickering with Artistic Lettering of “INDIA “ & “ Tri clour of Indian Flag “ suitable designed to match with Ht of Missile in each missile as per approved design & Specification. 3. All the GI sections will be painted with DUCO paint over NC putty and corrosion resistance primer etc for anti corrosion effect & long durability. 4 The missile covering to be executed with high precission bending & welding as per approved design & Specification.. 5 The missile covering both inside & outside to be painted with duco paint over NC putty for durability.
