CRCA sheets (16 SWG) including Busbars, interconnections, tinned copper crimping lugs, bonding to earth and painting suitable for use at 415 V, 3phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, and to withstand a fault level of 36 kAmp symmetrical for 1 sec at 415 V complete as per below specifications, as required as per direction of Engineer in Charge.: MAIN PANEL with 63A 4P MCCB (36kA) - 1 No, , 63Amp, On Load Change Over-1 No. as incoming, 32A C-Curve TPN MCB- 7 Nos, 63Amp C-curve DP MCB-2 Nos. as Outgoing and 3 Nos 100/5A CT, Multifunction Meter and 100A Aluminum Bus Bars.The panels shall have provision for entry of cables from the bottom as required. All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The bus bars shall be insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves.

Supply and fixing of 4 way SPN double door horizontal type MCB distribution box with sheet steel enclosure on surface / recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, hinged front acrylic cover for the MCB knobs detachable gland plate, interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted including earthing etc. as required including following MCBs as Incoming and Outgoing all accessories and connection as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Supply and fixing of chemical Earthing of with 3mtr long 40mm dia chemical filled comound and GI earth electrode including excavation of earth pit with highly conductive back filled chemical compund of 2 x 25kg , brick work in cement mortar masonary work with removable cover for Earth pit chamber of suitable size including all accessories, labour cost, T&P etc complete work as per Direction of EIC.
