Supplying, mixing, providing laying in approved layer thickness to line, level grade & slope and constructing as per approved working drawing and approved mix design of wet mix Macadam (WMM) with different grades of materials mentioned in table (400-10 & 400-11) & Technical specification part I / II Cl. 406 and its related sub-clauses along with Cl. 112 of specification for road and bridge work MORT&H (4th revision), including mixing in approved mixing plant with arrangement for controlled addition of water and transporting the mix from the plant to site by trucks /tippers and unloading the same to the hopper of the self propelled sensor paver, paving the same compacting by vibrating roller of minimum 80 to 100 kn static weight or of equivalent capacity to achieve minimum required density complete including full compensation all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing, spraying & prime coat over prepared granular base (WMM) with Bituminous emulsion of medium porosity (slow setting-1) complying with IS 8887-2004 spraying with a self propelled bitumen pressure sprayer uniformly at the specified temperature complete as per Cl.502 of Technicalspecification for road and bridge work MORT&H (5th revision) and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, providing and applying tack coat Cationic bitumen emulsion (RS 1) complying with IS:8887-2004 spraying with the help of a self propelled pressure sprayer to spread uniformly over the cleaned prepared dust free surface as per Clause.503 of technica specification of road and bridge work MORT&H (5th revision) and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying 50 mm thick dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to site,laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 505 to achieve the desired compaction.

Providing and laying 25mm thick semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling road side bearm with ordinary soil in required layers of thickness by mechanical means including watering, if necessary and including all tools, requisite, plants, machinery etc. complete including full compensation to all inclusive costs, all operation contingencies incidentals, involved for the finished defect free item of work complete to specification as per technical specification Part I/II, section 2900 and its relevant sub clauses of MORTH specificatio for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) as per approved drawings and including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P and taxes etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Including carriage of excavated earth within 5.00 K.M. Lead)

Constructin of embankment with good quality moorum from approved quarry and spreading the same of adquite capacity with PRR in embankment in layers not exceeding 100mm thick as per required depth (for total depth as per approved profile) and watering and compacting upto OMC and compacting the same to achieve minimum required density including hire & running charges of all T&P including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materrials etc. complete to the specification and as per direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Compacting and watering up to OMC rolliing earth work with PRR in berm in layers not exceeding 0.23 m by power road roller incluidng hire and running charges of the roller as per MoRTH specification etc. complete in all respect including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and T&P, royalty and texes etc. as required for the work complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
