The required prior work experience for the bidder is in Optical Fiber Cable Construction/Patch work only, excluding other works like Pole less/Up-gradation/Maintenance works of OFC/External Plant/UG Cable (Copper) etc. The bidder should possess experience of having successfully completed Optical Fiber Cable Construction works. The experience should be supported through certificates issued by a JAG rank officer or equivalent, in case of PSU and State and central Govt., or with the signature of Circle Head, in case of private TSPs/Infrastructure provider. The bidder's experience should be to the extent of: - At least 90% of the estimated cost of work put to tender during the last 5 financial years plus the subsequent period ending the month preceding the one in which the NIT is issued. - Or, at least 120% of the estimated cost of work put to tender during the last 7 financial years plus the subsequent period ending the month preceding the one in which the NIT is issued.
