Partial Rewinding of the HT windings of the following ratings Oil immersed Distribution class Transformer with superior grade and suitable size Double paper covered Transformer winding conductor , providing re-insulation of LT winding etc. including dismantling the transformer parts i.e. conservator tank, terminal boxes, bushings, removing the core and windings from the tank, draining of transformer oil, cleaning of tank, reassembling the core & windings and all the aforesaid parts after rewinding/repairing but excluding transformer oil, replacement of gaskets, worn out nuts, bolts and washers/cork washers etc, heating in heat chamber, carry out factory tests and submission of test reports etc. complete as required. (The dismantled Copper winding and other materials can be retained by the agency and credit for the same to be given in the quoted rate of this item) (a)150 KVA, 11KV/0.415KV, 50 Hz Copper wound oil cooled Transformer . (Note - Transformer oil will be measured separately)

Supplying and pouring of transformer oil (IS:325) of suitable make & grade for topping up/replacement of old deteriorated oil etc. complete as required.

Painting of the transformer body of 150 KVA with primer & two coats of weather proof synthetic enamel paints after scrapping the rust etc complete as reqd.

Transportation of repaired & tested 150 KVA from Workshop at Jharsuguda to TE Bolangir for emergency installation and bringing back 63KVA Standby transformer from TE Bolangir to workshop by suitable transportation medium etc. complete as required. (The rate should be inclusive of toll gate fee/charges wherever applicable, nothing extra will be paid. Distance will be on shortest route only). Distance above 150 KM and up to and including 200 KMs (Up and Down)

Installation of 150KVA repaired transformer on the existing plinth i/c testing and commissioning, recording the required parameters etc. by qualified staff after necessary dismantling of 63KVA Standby transformer from the existing Plinth structure, arranging loading/ unloading at factory-vehicle-plinth as required with hydra/labour with required tools & tackles ans proper precautionary measures etc. as required.

Liaison with different units of the supply authority i.e. Field units, MRT units, Division office etc. for obtaining shut down of 11KV line, breaking of meter seal if required to carry out the major repairing and maintenance works of the 150 KVA Transformer substation at TE Bolangir i/c re-installation of the repaired Transformer, re-energisation, testing and re-commissioning etc. as required.

Liaison with different units of the supply authority i.e. Field units of BSNL and Discomm , MRT units, Division office etc. for conversion of HT to LT supply i/c obtaining shut down of 11KV line/LT line , breaking of meter seal if required for laying of service cable and installation of new energy meter etc. i/c collection of demand note and making arrangement for payment of the same etc complete as required.

Reimbursement on account of payment made to TPWODL for testing fee of transformer repairing /supply connection charges for HT to LT conversion as per details given below (a) Transformer testing fee

(e) Supply connection charges for 5 KW

(f) Supply connection charges for pdg additional span of 30 mtrs
