Sub-Head-I (Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 8 passengers (544 Kg capacity), Gearless machine & MRL(Machine Room Less) type lift as per standard specifications conforming to the latest Lift Act and Lift practice having a speed of 1.0 mtr/sec with total travel of 16.0 mtr ( Approx) . The Lift shall be operated on automatic push button control having full collective selective automatic control system with and without attendants and suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 volts, 50Hz AC supply with energy efficient gearless motor. All the lift equipments including Car, counter weight, self travelling devices, indicators, doors, terminal buffers, ropes/belts, safety devices, including all wirings, connections and connected equipment shall be as per the detailed specifications attached. Miscellaneous items like supports for guide rails, overhead gears, scaffoldings, minor civil works i.e. making pockets, holes and making good the same also included in the scope of work. The lift shall be provided with Automatic Rescue Devices (ARD) with suitable capacity and numbers of SMF batteries, overload indications & protections, audio announcement and full height infra-red light curtain in doors etc. complete as per detailed technical specifications attached as required. The work also includes 12 months free maintenance/warranty of the lift including attending the breakdown calls, periodical inspection and servicing i/c replacement of defective materials etc as required. Note : Obtaining clearance certificate from local inspecting authority including lift inspection at site are included in the scope of work . Dismantling of the existing 10 passengers lift including dismantling of motor, control panel, lift car, lift ropes and all other equipments associated/ connected with the system and stacking the same within building premise as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including arrangement of all tools and machineries etc. complete as required.
