Providing & laying Granite flooring @ areas as per design. Work rate to be quoted per dimensions mentioned below. Granite to be fixed with cement sand mortar and top layer of cement slurry in line and level and as per patterns indicated on the drawings. The rate shall be inclusive of adding extra mortar (where ever required), chamfering edges, necessary preparation, cleaning, protection with POP, etc. complete. (Color & Lot of Granite shall be to Architect's approval). Extra thickness of mortar (45-55mm) to be considered & water proof sealer on all sides to be considered. Granite shall be as mentioned below. (Basic cost of Granite Rs. 175 + Tax)

GRANITE SLAB (KITCHEN COUNTER)

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick mirror polished, machine cut black granite for kitchen counter of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing etc. complete at all levels.

The rate shall be inclusive of labour,material and fittings etc.

Dismanling Work

Dismantling and removing of all existing wall cladding/A.S Flooring(GF & FF) at locations as indicated by Architect/bank and carting away the debris from site

Banks Signage On Exterior Façade

Providing and fixing 10'0"X3'0" acrylic sheet of 12mm thick with stickered letters and its colour as per the drawing for fixing sinage of BANK OF BARODA in exposing Digital Letter with necessary aluminium boxing and framing and fixing on to the glazed outer wall and fixing 3 bracket lights make on to the board with electrical wiring provision on the building.the rates includes the cost of materials,labour charges and fixing etc complete with LDR based Timer of Kakatia energy system or LG/L&T make.

HPL Cladding

Supplying and fixing of Greenlam/ equivalent Clades of standard dimension of 1300mm x 3050mm of thickness 6mm.(WOOD FINISH) for fixing used Al. sub structure is made up of Aluminum box sections of 38x38x2mm the. and 38x75x2mm the. The section size 75x38 x2mm will be using on the vertical joint of the two panels. As per the standard procedures in riveting system. Spacing of two verticals should always be maintained at 600mm. MS Brackets are of two types, Wind load brackets and Dead load brackets of size 85x50x5mm the. and to be placed in 1500 mm intervals in vertical. Wind load brackets will have vertical slot and Dead load brackets will have horizontal slots. Thermal separators to be placed between MS brackets and concrete structure. Bimetallic separators to be placed between Al. sub structure and MS brackets. Brackets fixing with nylon fasteners or self tapping bolts. Aluminum grid frame fixing in between brackets by ss nut and bolts. After framing done the panels fixing started with maintaining 6mm horizontal and vertical gaps between one panels to another. For fixing of panels done by riveting. Rivet distance maintain horizontally 600mm and vertically 600mm Maximum. First drill hole of the panel for rivet should be maintain 40mm from top and 20mm from side. For proper ventilation providing 20mm gap on top and bottom of the facade for maintaining air circulation.Including all materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of EIC. The contractor will provide 10 year Guaranty certificate for the above clading works.
