Item No. 3 :Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete for pathway, Drinking water shed, Entry Gate Pillar, arround the Toilet block and Guard wall of Ashokan Rock edicts Dhauli.

Item No. 4 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) all work up to plinth level at Drinking water shed, Entry gate pillar, Pathway and guard wall etc at Ashikan rock edicts Dhauli.

Item No.5: Reinforced cement concrete work in pillar with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement for main entrance gate pillar.

Item No.6: Centering and shuttering at Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for pillar of entry gate.including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement for main entrance gate pillar.

Item No. 7: Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level and plinth above level for pillar of entry gate.

Item No. 8: Laterite stone masonry (camouflaging) on Pillar with mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 Medium coarse sand) including fine dressing, and finishing thin joint including labour and material cost etc all complete at Pillar of entry gate of Ashokan Rock edict Dhauli , Bhubaneswar.

Item No. 9: Laying local sand stone slabs at pathway with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Course sand) including dressing, cutting and leveling in shape size with pointing and grouting the stone joints etc all complete at Ashok and Rock edicts Dhauli.

Item No. 10: Steel work (Hot finished welded type tubes) in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete at Entry Gate of Ashokan Rock edicts, Dhauli.

Item No. 11: Providing corrugated G.S. sheet 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² on roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required for drinking water shade

Item No. 12: Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain 0.80 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete for drinking water shade

Item No. 13: Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes of Tile 600x600 mm, with water absorption less than 0.08 % of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete drinking water shade.

Item No. 14: Providing and fixing of rectangular FRP Portable Security Cabin Size : 4'-0'' X 4'-0'' X 8'-0'') by water purifier machines for Public Drinking water shade including water storage Tank in overhead and electrical wiring as per machine for drinking water at Ashokan Rock edict, Dhauli, Bhubaneswar as per the approved drawing.

Item No.15: Providing, fixing and installing of water cooler with purifier, capacity 120 LPH with UV including testing etc all complete including connect CPVC pipe from storage tank to drinking water shade and testing etc all complete.at Ashokan Rock edict Dhauli, Bhubaneswar as per the approved drawing.

Item No. 16: Dismantling doors, (wood) shutter of area 3 sq. metres and below including architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead at toilet block of Bhaskareswar Temple, Bhubaneswar.

Item No. 17: Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required at Toilet block of Ashokan Rock Edicts, Dhauli, Bhubaneswar

Item No. 18: Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal of size 580x380x350 mm with white PVC automatic flushing cistern, with fittings, standard size C.P. brass flush pipe, spreaders with unions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required at Toilet block of Ashokan Rock Edicts, Dhauli, Bhubaneswar

Item No. 19: Providing and fixing one piece construction white vitreous china squatting plate with an integral longitudinal flushing pipe, white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern, with fittings, standard size G.I. / PVC flush pipe for back and front flush with standard spreader pipes with fittings, G.I clamps and C.P. brass coupling complete, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors etc. wherever required at Toilet block of Ashokan Rock Edicts, Dhauli, Bhubaneswar.

Item No. 20: IProviding and fixing White Vitreous China Surgeon type wash basin of size 660x460 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps with elbow including operated levers, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require at Toilet block of Ashokan Rock Edicts, Dhauli, Bhubaneswar

Item No. 21: Providing and fixing mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) of Rectangular shape size 453x357 mm and with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing at Toilet block of Ashokan Rock Edicts, Dhauli, Bhubaneswar.

Item No. 22: Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes 40mm nominal dia, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Site in Charge from bore well to Toilet Block and Drinking water shade of Ashokan Rock Edicts, Dhauli, Bhubaneswar.

Item No. 23: Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes 15mm nominal dia, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings and fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Site in Charge. Concealed work, including cutting chases and making good the walls etc at Toilet block & drinking water shade of Ashokan Rock Edicts, Dhauli, Bhubaneswar.

Item No. 24: Providing and fixing PVC 110mm dia 4kg/Sqcm (PVC SWR type A) fit push fit pipe for drainage system and connection inspection drain chamber including cutting, fitting and testing etc all complete at Toilet block to soak pit at Asokan Rock edict, Dhauli, Bhubaneswar.

Item No. 25: Renewing float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5 Kg/Sqm), with wooden fillets wherever necessary at Toilet block of Rock cut edicts Dhauli, Bhubaneswar.

Item No. 26: Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks 60 mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern in footpath, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Site-in-Charge at outer of Toilet block.

Item No. 27: Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additives at outer surface of Toilet block..

Item No. 28: Wiring for light point/fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required at toilet block.

Item No. 29: Wiring for circuit/ sub-main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. 2X 2.5 sq.mm + 2.5 sq.mm earth wire at Toilet block.

Item No. 30: Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, din bar, inter connection, powder painted including earthing etc as required at Toilet block.

Item No. 31: Earthing copper earth plate 600mm X 600mm X 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe if 2.7 mtr long etc with charcoal / coke and salt as required at Toilet block.

Item No. 32: Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required at Toilet block.

Item No. 33: 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Site-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places

Item No. 34: Laying 6 Sqmm, 2 core A2Xfy Aluminium Xlpe Insulated Armoured Frls Cable 1.1 Kv on underground including wiring, fitting, fixing and testing etc all complete from Meter box to Toilet block of Ashokan Rock Edicts, Dhauli, Bhubaneswar

Item No. 35: Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required at Toilet block of Rock edicts Dhauli.

Item No. 36: Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Site-in-charge.

Item No. 37: Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A 240 V "C" curve , testinq and commissioninq etc. as required for Toilet Block and drinking water Shade.

Item No. 38: Providing and fixing sanitary item including fitting, fixing and testing etc all complete at toilet block of Ashokan rock edicts at Dhauli, Bhubaneswar. Long body Bib cock 3 Nos.
