Item No. 15: Supply of ESE-60 Early Streamer Emission type Advanced ESE terminal, made up of SS 304/316L material and works on dual trust design. ESE terminal should comprised of separate electrically isolated dual SS 304/316L panels surrounding an SS Central Finial. ESE terminal should anticipate advanced triggering of min. 60 s. ESE terminal central finial should be made from solid SS rod and its length should be min. 85mm above surrounding panels. ESE terminal SS 304/316L is low carbon steel which exhibit better corrosion resistance and are stronger at elevated temperatures performance. For isolation of terminal Delrin Adapter should be provided at bottom of terminal which should give higher dielectric strength. ESE terminal should be tested in European accredited test laboratory after 2011 as per
revised NFC 17- 102:2011 standard. Terminal should be tested for impulse current withstand test in CPRI for
40kA. Terminal should be non electronic and does not required any external power supply. (MAKE: INDELEC PREVECTRON - S 6.6 / SATELITE-3 / PP STORMKING / ESRICO DYNASPHERE 300/ABB OPR-60 will be preferred)

Item No. 16: Supply of Supporting Mast SS: The mounting pole used to support the lightning air terminal shall either be a supporting mast or Free standing mast at a ideal height of 5 mtr. above to be area protected or as per required level of protection. If any height restrictions are there then min height should be 2 mtr but radius of protection will change according to height. The mounting pole and supports shall be securely fixed with brackets and guy wires where required to withstand maximum locally recorded wind velocity. Mounting Pole shall be noncorrosive and made up of medium class SS pipe of 2" dia having base plate at bottom for securely fixing mast on rooftop. Also PVC insulated metallic wire rope should be
used for guying purpose. The down conductor shall pass through the centre of the pole for the entire length of the pole and it will be out at bottom of the pole. All the mounting accessories should be non-corrosive and made up of SS.

Item No. 17: Supply of 70 Sqmm cross section down conductor of single core flexible Copper cable made of min. 990Nos copper strands of 3mm dia and having PVC insulation of min. 3mm thickness and overall dia of 16mm. It should be fixed using SS/GI saddles & fixtures every 0.5mtr.

Item No. 18: Supply of Maintenance free Safe Earthing Electrodes CPRI Certified, Code No. MES- 80 (3m) (G.I.) with ISI G.I. pipe minimum dia 50 mm as secondary electrode of wall thickness 3.5 mm and the primary Earthing Electrode will be 50mm X 6mm X 1nos G.I strip filled with a highly conductive & non-corrosive compound in between the primary Earthing and the secondary Earthing, the surface area in mm will be 7,06,500 for 3mtrs. length and Cross Sectional Primary conducting area is 300 sq.mm And solid G.I base plate seals the unit at the bottom.(MES-FC ground Filling compound will be provided in 25 kgs Bags.)

It should absorb the moisture from surrounding area and it should be non corrosive in nature. It should maintain the constant ohmic value for long life. It should be supplied in packing of 25kgs bag. (2 Bags required for each earthing electrode.)
