Item No. 3: 20 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) at inner and outer of store room & Toilet block Paschim Somanath Temple Boudh.

Item No. 4 : Steel work hot finished seamless type tubes in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete at Store room Varanda of Paschim Somanath Temple Boudh.

Item No. 5: Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required at Store room Varanda of Paschim Somanath Temple Boudh.

Item No. 6: Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete at Store room and Toilet Block of Paschim Somanath Temple Boudh.

Item No. 7: Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer at door and window of Paschim somanath Temple, Boudh.

Item No. 8: 25 mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762 mm X 25 mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm (± 0.3 mm). PVC foam end cap of size 23x10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm. M.S. tube having dimensions 19 mm x 19 mm and 1.0 mm (± 0.1 mm) is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25 mm X 11 mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Site-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places at Toilet block.

Item No. 9: Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for new work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer at store room and Toilet block of Paschim Somanath Temple Boudh.

Item No. 10: Painting with synthetic enamel paint Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade at door & window of Store room and Toilet block of Paschim Somanath Temple Boudh
