Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc.,including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts , bolts and rubber gasket complete, i/c fixing 210the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing Inauguration board made by Stainless Steel 304 Grade 1.60mm ± 0.15mm thick with matter engraved (All Types of Matter,Letter, Design for the plaque including colour of letter, logos etc shall be provided ) fixing to the SS Panel with necessary supports SS screws and covering the all-around Stainless Steel.The work includes cost of all materials, labour, transportation etc complete as per the detailed Specification and direction of Engineer in charge. Providing of 30.50mtr flag mast with technical specifications of Make: Bajaj/Philips/ Valmont/equivalent AIIMS,BBSR approved make with Design standard: Technical Report no.7 High Masts for lighting of ILE, Basic wind speed 62.5m/sec as per IS: 875 ( Part-3 ), design life of 25 years with terrain catagory-2 and topography: flat, No of sections:3, material ( Shaft or Gussets etc ) of High Tensile Steel Sheets conforming BS EN 10025 S355 grade, finishing with hot dip galvanization conforming BS EN ISO 1461, Base and top dia ( A/F ) @ 610mm and 150mm respectively( Tolerance -0 / +3 mm ), with plate thickness ( Top-3mm, middle-4mm, Bottom-5mm ), High mast natural frequency calculation conforming SABS 0225 with flange / door stiffner as per IS-2062. The crossection of mast standard shall be 20 sided polygonal shaft along with opening and door at base as per BS EN ISO 1461 ( 1500 x 400 mm ). The diameter of base plate shall be 840mm and thickness shall be 30mm having 16 nos 36mm hole to suitable for M30 x 850Lg anchor bolt etc complete with 14nos stiffner plates and 2nos lifting log as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The shaft shall be PU painted ( white in colour ) with a base coat of Etch primer and primer. It shall also include FRP decorative dome on top of the Flag Mast as per direction of EIC.(Note -Before Fixing the Design finalise After Prior Approval of Aiims,Bhubaneswar )

Supplying of system for raising lowering of flag which shall have double drum winch, SWL 70kg ( SGDD 30/6 PB: Integral motor with motor with capacity 2HP, no of speed 6/4 pole single speed with mechanical tripping facility. It shall have the wire rope SS galvanised @ 6mm dia for flag and for balance weights and integral power tool for raising and lower the flag. Suitable feeder pillar/control box shall be provided for reversing operation of power tool motor including LED aviation system with 3C x 2.5 sqmm 3 core copper armoured cable and control the aviation lamp and flood light etc complete as per direction of EIC. Note: The LED aviation light shall be paid separately.

Supply and fixing of foundation bolts conforming TS 600N/sqmm, M30x850mm length, YS- 405N/sqmm, manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates etc complete as per design standard or direction of EIC.

Supplying of Indian National Flag of size: 20' x30' with 100% knitted polyster with reinforced super strong nylon webbing on all three sides and rope/toggle sleeve etc complete as per relevant IS code.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required. GI wire shold come from the base of foundation of 30.5 mtr hig mast and 5 meter GI pole and connect to diffect parts of panel and pole

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring,washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm and welding and corrosion resistance blac paint)

Providing Structural designing Basic Wind Speed 250 Km/Hr (including carrying out of SBC test ) , detailing, architectural and structural drawings for the foundation of flag mast along with certification from authorized Structural Engineer/Consultant from IIT/NIT/CET Govt. Institution or Organization. The same shall be provided to AIIMS,BBSR prior to the start of the work.

Supply & laying of 25 sq mm 4 core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade, Laying of Cable in Suitable size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories, Complete as required

Supplying and fixing 63A rating, 240 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature TPN circuit breaker suitable for inductive load with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5-metre-long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
