Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following capacity Machine room less electric traction type Elevator suitable for following travel height, 5 stops & 5 openings [Ground floor, First floor,2nd floor , 3rd floor and 5th floor] and entrance at front side on all the serving floors, automatic centre opening stainless steel hairline finish door, car enclosure provided with stainless steel hairline finish panel on sides and with travel height of 15.5 Meters ( approx) and suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency type traction control, Speed of 1.00 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, simplex mode operations, operating panel with Braille Luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI’s EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for suitalbe height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman’s switch at ground floor, digital car positions indicator in car and at all positions indicator in car and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, suitable protocol for BMS connentivity, light fixtures, ventilation fan, etc Complete with all accessories including Automatic Rescue Device(ARD) and Manual Rescue Device (MRD) in the event of power failure etc., and confirming to tender requirment. All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract(AICMC) of 06 passenger Machine Room Less Lift for BOQ Item Number 1 which include routine, monthly visit, preventive & break down maintenance including repair and replacement of all worn out items i/c batteries & mechanical damage parts with minimum downtime and warranty & guaranty of repaired and replaced items after completion of 01year defect liability period as per specifications given & as per direction of EIC.

First Year - 6.35% of SITC cost of Lift at BOQ Item No 1 (After completion DLP of 01-Year)
